Found a cure to overthinking. It might not work all the time, BUT better than nothing. You see, you sometimes try to stay out of the scene and keep your distance with whatever that causes you to overthink. Right? You think that might help you feel better, but instead you end up imagining variety of scenarios and deciding what would you do. NORMAL! That's you being you dummy!

So here is the cure:

Be the side acter but be in the scene!

Go among people that are the reason for your frustration. Watch how ok they're doing; Involve yourself in whatever they're doing  and help them feel better about themselves. A little bit of positive energy can prevent what you're worried about. ( you'd better not talk too much though; You normally start talking nonsense and then feel like shit.)This is the side of you that you happen to ignore when you're frustrated. You make people happy, you feel better. And you deserve to feel good.
