         when i felt mammon hand on my cheek i turned to look at him. he smiled as he leaned forwards a bit and used his other hand to wipe the right corner of my lips
"had somethin' on your mouth MC"
        i was embarrassed. my face flared red and i just sipped on my drink, he knew how to make me feel all warm inside and he knew he could
"since we're done eating want to talk secrets or watch a movie now?" mammon had asked in such an excited tone even after pulling that stunt with wiping my face
"we can talk secrets then movie so we end the night with it okay" i smiled and gave him a thumbs up
        mammon picked up the food trash and took it all to my bathroom trash can dumping it in there before coming back. he sat in front of me propped up on his knees. i grabbed my D.D.D. and turned the lights in my room down to a dimmer light. it set the mood better
     hell what am i even supposed to ask. he's my best friend i've known him for two years i know so much
"so MC how do you really feel about me?"
       the question caught me off guard. i couldn't answer that honestly. i'd never be able to tell the rest of the brothers i liked one of them more than the rest
  "you're my best friend you know that" i said with full confidence
       the look on mammons face fell slightly. he wasn't just going to believe that though. how we interacted he knew i was lying
"cmon MC.. you know you have feelings for me.. it's so obvious"
       i wasnt even really shocked he decided to push. but i knew how to dodge it completely
  "okay then if you're so confident about how i feel then tell me how i feel so i can hear it from you"
  "well obviously you like me. i'm the great mammon who wouldn't like me? i'm amazing and the best brother out of them all" he got quiet for a moment before speaking again "and because you really really seem to care about me and you treat me so well.. you're so kind to me MC.."
       i felt my heart swell up. i wasn't sure what to say to him, i didn't want to be rude of anything. i was on my knees sitting on my heels. i propped myself up and leaned forward pulling mammon into my embrace
"mammon i do care about you and i do love you, i'm glad you know that. but at the same time how would you feel if you were one of your brothers and you came out and told everyone we were together. i just don't want to hurt any of them yknow?"
       mammon wrapped his arms around me and nuzzled his head into the crook of my neck. his face was warm and he was a bit embarrassed. he was usually never so open and honest but he wanted to tell you the truth
"MC just at least tell me how you really feel please?"
       i hesitated only for a moment before sitting back down how i was before. my face flared red as i began to speak
"mammon i really love you and care for you a lot. you treat me so well and i'm just not even sure why, i mean i don't do much i just treat you how you should be treated. and you're my best friend and all but sometimes i just wish we could be more than that" i took a breath before continuing, "but i don't think we can so i just ignore the feeling and bury it back down in my heart"
   mammon felt his face get warm he could hear how fast his heart was beating and he just glanced to the side before laughing to try and lighten the mood
"MC it's fine i get it. let's just watch that movie okay?"
          i went over and turned my lights off before sitting down in my bed. mammon had already scoot himself over and was under my blanket i pulled the blanket over me and mammon snuggled up to me. i was a bit nervous now that he knew how i felt but i knew he felt the same way
       the movie wasn't even fully over and i was already asleep. mammon had turned the movie off and came back to my bed
        he crawled back in next to me and was a bit hesitant but he moved my head and slipped an arm underneath and wrapped his other arm around my waist. he buried his head into my neck and he felt his face get warm but he wasn't being weird. he was only cuddling you
             he let out a small breath and placed a kiss on my neck. he pulled his knees up to mine and calmed down enough to eventually fall asleep. he was so happy to have you in his arms like this, he never even imagined this could happen and yet here it was
