   when i peered up it was asmo, though he didn't look like he came to talk about what happened he looked a bit nervous i wasn't sure why till he spoke
   "MC, lucifer asked for you to go see him.."
   i immediately figured he had gotten wind on how i wasn't paying attention in any of my classes, i shivered at the thought of being lectured for hours. i just nodded at asmo and moved past him to leave my room, he shut my door as he ran off to his room. i was a but cautious walking up to lucifer's door
    i knocked quietly and he opened up, i glanced up at him and he looked pissed. i swallowed and he made room for me, i walked past him and he shut his door behind me. though i saw i wasn't the only one in here for the lecture
   across the room was mammon
  that's exactly who i didn't want to see. i walked over next to mammon and kept my eyes on the ground, he peeped up at me but never said anything. lucifer walked into our view and he just started lecturing, these were always the worst things to sit though

    it'd been about an hour before lucifer released us to leave, i wanted to talk to mammon but i wasn't sure if it was the right time. when lucifer's door shut behind us i glanced over to him and apologized
   "mammon i'm sorry.."
    though it was quiet it seemed he heard me, we made eye contact for a split second but he left before anything else could be said. i wanted to apologize for real though not just some whisper that i was glad he heard. i followed him towards his room but he shut the door in my face, i knocked a few times but i didn't get an answer. i pulled my D.D.D. from my shorts and began to send quick small texts
   "come on"
   "can we please talk?"
   "we're best friends right?"
   "mammon"
   "i'll stay out here all night if i have to"
   i saw he was reading my texts and not responding so i just sat down in front of his door, i leaned against it and shut my eyes. i'd stay there till he came out, simple enough right?

   it'd been a few hours and honestly i was getting tired, i wasn't sure if he knew i was still outside his door or not but i didn't care. i set my phone down by my side and laid down, i pulled my knees to my chest and closed my eyes. was i really about to sleep in front of my best friends door? hell yeah i was
    the night was actually pretty cold, especially since i was in shorts and a tshirt. i curled up hugging myself, i had been offered a bed to sleep in a few times by a few different brothers and i denied it every time. i was determined to stay here till mammon would be willing to talk to me. i didn't care he was being stubborn when he knew i wanted to apologize and talk it out
there was a few times i'd woken up hearing footsteps near the other side of the door but other than that i actually slept there, right outside his door. even after everything i still hoped he'd at the least let me apologize, though i still wanted to be his best friend. i wanted that back. just going a whole day without him talking to me was so boring

    i had fallen asleep again i wasn't sure when but i slept the rest of the night there, it wasn't too bad once i was actually asleep. i was in a deep sleep but i had been awoken by satan who was passing by
   "MC, what're you doing outside mammons door?"
    "well i kinda did something and he got upset and i wanted to apologize really badly but he hasn't opened the door or answered any texts so i was going to wait here till he came out"
   satan smiled and nodded, he squatted down next to me and i wondered if he was going to stay here with me. satan leaned in and whispered to me
   "MC if you hurt mammons feelings he's always likes the ramen we have in the kitchen but if you don't want to leave he does just love attention but i'm sure you know that already"
    i honestly didn't think satan would care but maybe he was just in a good mood today i wasn't quite sure. i waited till satan got back up and left before i knocked on mammons door. i waited and there was no answer so i proceeded to knock again
   this time i pressed my ear to the door trying to hear anything from the other side. i didn't hear anything, maybe he was still asleep. i let out a breath and slumped against the door, maybe he wasn't ready to talk yet. i took all the pride i had and shoved it away. it'd be fine i grabbed my phone and got up heading to my room i was going to leave it till he wanted to talk. though i desperately wanted my best friend back
    i shut my door behind me and heard my phone go off, i dropped my phone on my bed and went to the bathroom but i could hear my phone buzzing from in there. i brushed my teeth and combed my hair out. when i came back and checked i saw a text in the group chat from asmo
   "guys i was thinking, maybe we should have a sleepover all of us ;)"
    the rest of the brothers were denying but i honestly liked the idea
    "i totally agree, we can sleep in my room if you guys do end up wanting to"
     and of course as soon as i said that most of the brothers gave in. mammon was the only one who hadn't said anything though i wanted him to come
    "great my room tomorrow at three i'll have snacks movies games and anything we could possibly need"
     when i sent the text i saw the number of views on my text rise. all the brothers saw it. including mammon, at least he knew
