Chapter 16

"Pregnant?" Emily questioned.

"That stupid fucking kid has to be the father." Morgan spoke, "after all, he did rape her at gun point."

"Now we have protect Audrey at all costs if Austin finds out she is carrying his child." Hotch explained.

"Of course." The team replied.

Audrey sat on the couch while Spencer grabbed a notepad and a pen.

"Okay, have you started having cravings yet?" He asked.

"Spencer is this really necess-"

"Yes because I am going to take care of you." He answered, "do you have any food cravings?"

"Peanut butter and pickle spears." She answered.

Spencer gave her a cocked eyebrow, "That's a weird combo."

"It's sooooo good." She laughed.

He chuckled as he wrote it down.

"Spencer?" Audrey asked.

Spencer looked up at her, "yes?"

"Is he locked up for good?" She asked.

Spencer swallowed a lump in his throat, "I'll check with Garcia on that. But no matter what, I will protect you if he ever comes after you. The whole team and I will. Don't worry. Nothing will happen to you or the baby."

Audrey hugged her brother tightly, "I love you."

"I love you too, Aud." He replied, "now lets go to the store and get what you need."

They hopped in the car and went to the store. Spencer pushed the cart as they walked around.

"So what do you want for dinner?" Spencer asked.

Audrey scratched her chin, "hmm. . .spaghetti and garlic bread sounds good."

"Okay let's go down the isles and grab what we need." He replied as they walked down an isle.

They had grabbed everything and were now heading to the car.

"Go sit in the car, Aud." Spencer said as he gave her the keys.

"But I wanna help-"

"You're not supposed to be picking up heavy things." He interrupted.

"But none of that is heavy." She argued.

"Well I'm your big brother and I don't want to carry anything from now on." He spoke.

"What about school?" Audrey asked.

"You'll start doing online." He answered.

She laughed as she got in the car.
