We were still in the hug. When I tried to separate he pulled me closer once again.
" It's time to get home Karan," I said smiling.
" Why the time always flies when I am with you? Can't it go a bit slow" He said whining.
" Childish! now leave me! " I said and he finally left me.
" It's not childish it's Karan Shergill in Love," He said while wrapping his arms around me.
" Ok ok fine. " I said and we both walked together towards our car.
While he opened the Car's door for me to settle down, I couldn't help but started stargazing.
" Those stars are beautiful," I said smiling looking towards the night sky.
" Surely they are, now would you like to get into the car Wifey," He said and I got irritated.
" You would have said " Not as beautiful as you Wifey " Instead of this," I said.
" So my wifey likes compliments by me..I see. " He said with a teasing smile.
" Of course who would not like to hear compliments especially when you have a handsome and charming husband," I said and after the moment I regretted saying it.
He left the door and was extremely close to me, I gulped a lump which formed in my throat, my condition got worse when he leaned closer.
" I agree that I am handsome and charming but now you see I need compliments too but sweet ones " He spoke huskily and I was just blushing all the time understanding his double meaning.
" Let's get back home, we are getting late, " I said and sat inside the car running leaving him behind and he chuckled.
He sat in and started driving while I turned my head back only to notice our people following us like always.

We finally reached home and as I turned to see her she was asleep. Her innocent look can get me killed anytime. I shrugged the thoughts and picked her up in my arms and went towards our room.
I took off her heels, her necklace, and earrings keeping in mind not to disturb her.
I took my clothes from the cupboard and went downstairs and called one of our helpers to change Monami's clothes how was I going to disturb my sleeping wifey?
I took a shower and got changed. My phone rang displaying Siddharth's name. I quickly picked it up.
" He is almost on the verge of dying but hasn't spoken anything yet. For further things I hope you will be here in 20 Mins " He said
" I'll be coming just keep him alive" I hung up and my face had a smirk.
FLASHBACK
It was the day after Monami was found and treated. Karan was in front of Adrin who was sitting on the chair with ropes tied.
" So, better tell me what's your real motive behind all this? " Karan said in his cold tone.
" Karan Shergill Calm down! Calm Down! You better kill me but remember I abducted the GREAT MAFIA KING'S Wife " Adrin laughed sarcastically.
Sid just shot a bullet on his thigh and he let out a chuckle? well, they were perplexed.
Karan left the room without saying anything and Sid followed him.
" Don't you ever dare think that you are all responsible for this Boss " Sid said placing a hand on Karan's shoulder, he nodded in response.
" Start giving him slow poison," Karan said and walked out.
After 2 DAYS
" For God's sake, Karan Shergill leave me - " Adrin said while his fingers were getting burned up like a barbeque.
" Don't put god here let him be there where he is " Karan said.
" How many times I would have to say that Monami is my obsession and in order to have her I told her about you and Annie being in a relationship," He said shouting.
" Double the flames! " He ordered and Sid did so.
" Why?" Adrin shouted
" Am I fool to believe your words Adrin? Stop lying or else I'll make sure to bury you alive" He said in a dangerous voice.
Soon Adrin fainted. Karan let out a sigh in frustration.
" The poison has started to work, do you want me to wake him up? " Sid said.
" No don't do that. Give him much pain no matter if he dies just call me once before he does " Karan said and Sid nodded.
FLASHBACK ENDS...
Adrin was having a blur vision, and he was just able to see Karan standing in front of him.
" Siddharth inject him some Vitamins so that he can live for some more minutes," Karan said and Sid did so.
Adrin was neither able to see nor hear as the poison had taken over his body completely making his head burst in pain and making him lose his focus on the things around him.
After nearly 6 minutes Adrin was able to see and hear but still had difficulty.
" I am going to die in a few minutes what's the matter of interrogating me now? " Adrin said in a low yet hearable voice.
Karan said nothing and just smirked.
Karan was holding a small teddy which was untidy and torn from a few parts. Adrin just started to fling his legs on the floor.
The teddy which Karan held was related to Adrin's dark past. It was gifted to him by his grandmother.
" Leave it! Just leave it! Leave it please! " Adrin pleaded while the smirk on Karan's face grew wider.
Karan soon started slowly tearing the teddy's fabric apart and with every fabric, he took out Adrin's cried in pain. Adrin amidst his tears with his head bursting out finally said.
" Stop that, I'll tell you why I ACTUALLY abducted Monami.. " He said and Karan had a victory smile.
A/N: So, Mr.Adrin is here! But I am sorry he'll leave soon...
