Chapter 5 - The Date POV: Gajeel Redfox

I wake up and take a shower really quick. I put on my swimming trunks and then slip my regular clothes over them.
"Today's my first date with Levy" I say as I fix my bed head. After a couple minutes I headed to the guild and spotted Levy standing outside.
"Yo shrimp, are you ready," I say while waving to her.
"Yeah I'm really looking forward to this" Levy replies while smiling. While we walk to the beach, I flirt with Levy, and she blushes each time I do. When we finally made it to the beach I took off my clothes and waited for Levy to finish changing. When she walked out I could feel myself blushing as I see her in a two piece orange bikini. We both stare at each other with red faces until I finally take her hand and lead her towards the ocean.
"Gajeel I'm too short! I can't go that deep in the water," Levy says while she struggles to float.
"Do you need a tube? I can get one for you," I say while pointing at the donut-like tubes being sold at the shore.
"Sure but don't take too long, or I'll end up drowning," she says with a smile on her face. I nod and swim to shore. After buying a tube I swim back to Levy.
"Gajeel can you help me up?" Levy asks while climbing on the tube. I reach over and grab her sides, and I slowly lift onto the tube.
"Thanks" she says as she pokes my nose.
"No problem. Anything for you," I say with a nervous smile printed on my face. The day was full of fun and happiness while we swam in the ocean and walked around a park, we even watched a scary movie. When the sky started turning into its beautiful orange color, the sun was halfway down. We sit on a bench watching the sunset with joy inside of us.
"Thanks for making this so amazing," Levy says in a soft voice.
"You're the reason it's amazing," I say while putting an arm around her. She leans her head against my shoulder and we watch the sun slowly fall below the horizon. I look down at her when the stars started to glow above us and noticed that she was asleep. "Levy's sleepy face is so cute, but the best part is... she's sleeping on my shoulder. This is the best day ever" I say under my breath so Levy doesn't wake up. I slowly stood up and picked Levy up on my back. I made my way to the girls' dorm and knocked on the entrance doors. Ezra opened the door and looked at me with a perverted smile.
"Did you guys have a good time," Erza whispers while grinning.
"Shut up and just take Levy to bed already," I say while the pink color creeps up my cheeks again. Erza picks Levy up and closes the door behind her as she walks inside. I turn around and make my way back home, still thinking about all the fun we had today.
