I awoke to a knock on the door before a figure walked in. Yawning I rubbed my eyes and looked too see Luda Mae. She smiled a little
"Good morning hon, you sleep well?"

I nod before getting up my oversized shirt falling down she looks at me "hm come with me I'll go make you a night gown" she said "I can help I know how to crochet and sew " I looked up at her

I finally had something in common with someone. I seen her smile and nod before walking out until she stops to turn at the door
"Go take a shower while I get things ready..I trust you" she said sternly at the end

I smiled and nod before getting a new sun dress and going to the bathroom

I took my clothes off and looked at my hair
And body before sighing "I need to eat.." I got in and started taking a shower

About 15 minutes later I heard the door slam open before the curtain where pushed away.
I covered  my self with my hands and looked up ti see Thomas you didn't have to look at him to see the anger.

He huffed before looking down at me I blushed a little. "Can you leave now?" I said breaking the long tension of silence I seen him straighten up before closing the curtains and hearing the bathroom door shut

Sighing I got out and changed and brushed through my hair before walking down the stairs to Luda Mae I looked at her as she sat in a rocking chair with another chair beside it
I sat in it and looked at her
"Can you tell me about Thomas?" I asked sense I didn't know much about him other then his name and his huge build and height.

Hearing Luda Mae sigh she then nodded
"Well first I found him in a dumpster..I supposed his mother didn't want him and threw him there but I'm not too sure. I was looking for food in the dumpster and that's when I seen him."
She said knitting a shirt together

"Oh" I mumbled listening "me and my family haven't been to good on jobs or food so we did all we could as you can tell by now..but from the start I new tommy was different from others. Not just his face I still love him no matter what but he grew faster then others and obviously cousins speak he was behind in school a lot"

She went on and I listens quietly while crocheting a nice top.

"You know how kids are.. they all bullied him on his height, his face and how he couldn't  talk"when he got to middle school it just escalated and he got picked on badly and he just stopped going. I was gonna teach him the rest but Charlie still ended up putting him in the butcher shop"

"Oh wow I would have never known"
I felt bad hearing this I wanted to hug him because to me to looked soft and sweet behind that big posture and attitude.

"At the age of 18 he was already 6ft 4 for a young adult that's tall you know.." I heard her chuckled a little " but he kept growing and when he got into his 20s he was 6'7 he just..shut everything out and the butcher shop closed so we went to this and then he found Bianca and they had there little moment" she sighed I nodded I hated this Bianca  and I felt bad because I didn't even know her

She was probably better looking, better body and personality then me.

"Tommy's 28 and still has his whole life but he chooses here. But ever sense you've came here he's been out of that basement and he's came to dinners..your like a blessing in disguise for us and maybe for his future..please try to be his friend for his and my sake as a mother" her voice cracked at the end

I felt tears about to burst and nod

"I would love to be his friend. I can't believe he's been through so much" 

She nods wiping here tears with her hand
And continued on with sewing
