Chapter 4- Back to BomBae

It was midnight and Karan was trying to sleep in his own bed. But to no avail, sleep was not in his favour tonight.

He returned to Mumbai in the morning from Goa today. The image of that one in a kind woman was playing in his mind.

He has met her twice till now and already done things which he never thought he could do ever in his life.

He chuckled at the memory of that 'Fake Date' at her bestfriend's wedding. With that thought he began to lose himself to sleep.

He lives alone in his house. His parents sometimes visit him and vice versa.

Something woke him up.

He realised it was early in the morning and someone was ringing the bell.

He sleepishly went upto the door to think who could it be at this time!!

He never expected to see her face that too at his home.

'Is this real ?' 'Am I dreaming about her ?' These were the first thoughts in his mind after seeing her. He saw her last in Goa that day and here she was standing at his door anxiously.

Tejasswi's best friend had cautioned her that she might be in a big problem. Her husband has spread this news of Karan dating Tejasswi and it will be in every newspaper tomorrow. Internet will be blown away with the breaking news.

She left everything aside and thought about going to his place, since it would be better if she could explain to him face to face. Also it would be a shame to not see that charming face again.

She was waiting at the doorstep while Karan was just staring at her as he has seen some ghost.

She moved him aside and went inside his home while Karan could only utter these words,

'Wait what?'
'How did you find my address?'
'That too at this point of time.'
'What happened Tejasswi? Is everything fine?'

'Hi! Nice to meet you too Karan.' She replied softly. Since it was her goof up which messed up Karan's life.

'I am sorry to disturb u at this time but i couldn't wait. I have to tell you something.'

Karan was getting anxious now ,'How did you find my home address?'

Tejasswi replied, 'I have my sources and i know how to get information from them.'

Tejasswi smiled weakly at him, mainly out of relief at having found him.

It was going to be alright. She will explain to him what has happened and Karan will understand the situation.
After all she can't hide all the tabloids from the person apparently she's dating.

She took a deep breath and asked him, ' Can I talk to you for a minute, Karan?'
'I am sorry to disturb you at this time but this was urgent."

Karan nodded and he lead her to his living room. He asked her to sit and went inside to take a glass of water for the lady.

As soon as she took the first sip, she blurted out, " Everyone knows Karan or will know in few hours."

He looked at her for a moment, looking puzzled.
"Are you really okay, Tejasswi ?"

"Everyone knows. About us Karan. "

It had been barely two days since they'd last talked.
"Us?"
He seemed confused, so Tejasswi elaborated.

"Us, dating - not that we're dating, but Ankita believed us as and she told her husband....." She realised that the words were tumbling out and forced herself to slow down.
