Location: Tokyo Jujutsu High - Akari's Innate Domain, Poseidon's Wrath

Suspended on invisible flooring over a stormy ocean overrun with churning white-capped waves and deadly currents waiting to swallow anyone who enters it whole, causing them to disappear without a trace. Above, dark, cloudy skies filled with the distant rumbles of thunder and piercing forks of lightning. My Domain was complete. The water below, the clouds, the rain, the air... all filled with water I could control at my will.

Curses, almost a hundred of them now, were scattered before me within my domain. A few tried to run off in fear once they realized where they were, slipping and crawling across the invisible flooring. Others, looking for a fight, for blood, made their way towards me, like a tsunami of cursed flesh and teeth, as if mirroring the crashing waves below.

As they grew closer, tendrils of rain and salty ocean swirled around me, freezing into shards of ice. There was the roasting of thunder in the distance, signaling me to begin.

With only a wave of my hand, the ice and water, both embedded with an astounding amount of cursed energy, was sent flying in a flash towards the hundreds of curses.

"So he was right," I sighed as I remembered Suguru Geto's warning. "A Hundred Demons Night Parade..." I plunged a spear of ice into a nearby Grade 1 curse. "No biggie. It seems there is no lag to how fast I can manipulate and freeze this water. And every one of my attacks lands with ease! Gojo," I whispered. I wondered where my father was at this moment in time. Was he even still alive? "I do hope you're proud of me. Don't you see what I'm capable of?"

My domain had been emptied. Cleared, purged of the vermin that I brought within. Like rats running towards cheese, they met their deaths in the mousetrap that was my own personal, watery hell.

In the courtyard I stood alone, my jeans and hoodie and sneakers soaked and dripping with rain, though it was a clear evening. Not a single curse remained, but the clashing of weapons and rumbles of concrete and wood breaking roared in the distance.

Screams from the rooftop caught my attention.

"I don't know!" Okkostu screamed. "I don't know what things are like for Sorcerers outside of Jujutsu High! I don't even know if you're right or not..." I climbed the stairs to find the boy. When I reached the top, I stood about thirty meters away from the pair. Geto, sprawled on his back, was staring at Okkostu with blood-lust, while he stood shaking which clenched fists. A massive special grade curse, Rika, towered behind him.

He continued. "But for me, for me! To keep being friends with everyone... to keep thinking... thinking that it's okay for me to keep living!" His eyes displayed a fierce glow of determination. "Then I'll have to kill you."

Geto sat up. "You're egoistic," he almost laughed. "But I suppose for you, there's nothing more important than that to keep living. I, too, will kill you with my entire soul." Okkostu stepped forward and Geto continued his monologue. I watched from a distance, trying not to draw any attention my way. I kept my hands wrapped tight around my fans, the cold metal firm in my grip.

"Did you know that there are only four humans known as special grades? And a total of sixteen curses." a curse suddenly appeared behind him, its menacing grin and squinted eyes lay laser-focused upon Okkostu. "This here," he gestured towards it. "Is one of them, the Special Class Invisible Spirit: Tamamo No-mae's Avatar. Along with this, I shall combine all four thousand five hundred curses I possess into one and throw it at you. I'm glad, Okkostu... that I decided to kill you."
