The Elemental Battles

Breakfast

The alarm clock on my nightstand started beeping. It was 9:00 am, the day of the battles. I have to get ready! I put my hair in my usual ponytail, and put on my gi. Then I walked out the door to get breakfast.

~Kai
I put on my ninja gi, and put gel in my hair. The spikes flew up, in my normal hairstyle. Then I got a message from Jay. He told me to meet him down there as fast as I could. Since I was already ready, I ran downstairs. For breakfast, and to see what Jay wanted.

~Cole
Jay sent me a message. He said it was urgent. Luckily, I had my gi on, and my scythe was against the wall. I ran down to eat.

~Zane
I had my titanium gi on, and my shurikens were on my desktop. Then something was ringing in my mind. It was Pixal. "Zane. I just want to let you know about the Elemental Battles" she said. "Pixal, what is wrong?" I asked. "In the Elemental Battles, if you lose, you-" she got cut off. "Pixal? Pixal!" I yelled. She wasn't responding. I think it had something to do with the Elemental Bosses, but I couldn't put the pieces together. I just went down to breakfast.

I decided to check on Sam, but then I started to think how my best friend could still be sleeping. And it would be rude to wake her up, especially since she's my best friend. But it's the day of the Elemental Battles, for pete's sake! I just ran to her room and knocked on the door. "Come in!" She said. Good thing that she was awake. I went in. She had her usual brown hair up in a ponytail, like her cousin's, her scarlet gi. "Oh, hi Lloyd" she said. "Hey. I just wanted to check on you, plus breakfast time" I said. "Yea, I know. I was just on my way, after I put my crossbow back" she said. I looked to my right, and I saw her crossbow laying on the floor. She picked it up and put it in her closet. "So, ready to go?" She asked. "Yup" I said, then I lead her to the breakfast table.

~Jay
One by one, everyone came to the table. Kai, Skylor, Zane, Cole, Lloyd and Sam, Karloff, Jacob, Mr. Pale, Shadow, Neuro, Turner, Camille, Ash, Toxikita, Bolobo, and Gravis. Kai, Zane, Cole, and Lloyd sat by me. Sam and Skylor sat together, as typical cousins would, Toxikita and Camille sat together, Gravis, Bolobo, Shadow, and Ash sat together, and Mr. Pale and Jacob sat together. "Prepare for breakfast!" A voice yelled. One of the Elemental Bosses. Each one came out and handed each table plates with waffles, of pancakes.
"So what was so urgent?" Cole asked me.
"Huh? Oh yeah. Don't tell the Elemental Bosses, but I found information about the Elemental Battles," I said.
"We have to know, and fast. Pixal was trying to tell me about it, but she got cut off, so whisper," Zane said.
"Alright. I found out that if you lose, you would have two options. The first option is to-" I was interrupted by an Elemental Boss coming to our table.
"Who was talking about the Elemental Battles before it started?!" It yelled.
"It was the blue one!" Another one pointed out. They both grabbed me.
"Hey!" I yelled.
"Let him go!" Kai yelled.
"You'll see your friend during the Elemental Battles," one of the Elemental Bosses said and took me away.
"Jay!" The four of them yelled. I struggled to break free. Ugh, is this how I'm supposed to enjoy my breakfast?!

Sorry I haven't been updating in like months! I've been working on other stories and... The end of my school year! Yup, yesterday was my last day of school!!! 😄😄😄. Anywho, I'll try to update all my stories as much as I can. Thanks for reading!
