"so any updates?" jeno asked

"about what?" Jaemin replied

"mark"

"he's not talking with me and my classmates are actually sensing that there is something going on" eunji said

"they are right tho" jaemin replied before directing his eyes to his food to avoid her glare

"it will go as I promised" she replied

"just make sure to remember your words" jeno lastly said

It's 12 o'clock in the afternoon meaning students are having their lunch break. They were dismissed early and that's why they managed to get food before the others came.

Chenle haven't arrived yet and about mark, he still don't want to talk to eunji or even have her around.

Remember the thing Yuri did to Mark? he still haven't get revenge for that, and it looks like, he thinks, that Eunji don't give a damn about it.

We cannot say that he's childish because he do have a point on that.

"truthfully speaking, If I were him I won't talk to you either" jeno said

"same" jaemin added

Eunji rolled her eyes before answering, "I didn't ask about your opinions, plus, I have a plan about it"

The two of them accidentally made an eye contact before saying, "for real?" in unison

"do you think I'll just let it pass?"

"you got a point" jeno replied

"so what will you do?" jaemin asked

"we'll wait"

"what?!" jaemin exclaimed

"wait? just wait?" jeno added

"it's already in the middle of process" she replied

"really?" a different voice asked

Eunji directed her eyes Infront of her finding someone behind jeno.

Standing there was mark with his hands both scooted on his pocket. They were shocked by his sudden appearance but they don't have time to react because he speak once again.

"what a liar" mark scoffed

"hey.." jeno whispered signalling him to stop

"lying is not my thing" eunji stated staring directly at him

"oh really? but it shows otherwise"

"shut up mark, I don't want to argue with you" eunji replied as she was about to continue eating her food

"what a concept"

Just by Mark's word the atmosphere at their table, changed. Eunji got all tense up while Jaemin and Jeno didn't say anything else beside stoping the two.

She manage to soothes her anger before breaking the eye contact or you can say "staring competition" and said,

"so what brings you here? it's not like you're going to talk to me"

"right, I'm here for jeno, we got project to do" He replied as Eunji looked at jeno

"right, we better get going before things got serious" jeno hurriedly clean his plate before standing from his seat
