The engines of the Sheathipede-class shuttle roared as the ship cut through the sky, the monastery fading into the background. Two vulture droids led the way while two more brought up the rear, escorting the small shuttle.

Kenz sat in the pilot's chair while Dev Gruz sat next to him muttering under his breath.

"Everything ok, sir?" Kenz asked while peering over to look at Dev.

Dev slowly turned his head to look at Kenz. The blank expression on his face grew into a scowl. "Of course, things aren't ok, Kenz! It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. The facility is lost and our operations on this planet are compromised!"

Dev slammed his fist against the arm of his chair startling Kenz.

Kenz was silent for a few seconds before he spoke again.

"What should we do now? And what about Pall? We can't just leave him there to die!"

"Calm down, Kenz. Pall's distraction was essential to our escape. Plus, if I know the Jedi, they will not kill Pall. So, when he inevitably loses like the pathetic brother, I know him to be, they will likely take him captive. We can send a squadron of droids to rescue the likes of him."

"It's not the Jedi that I am worried about. There is something about that girl with the vibroswords that scares me." Kenz shuddered upon saying this.

Dev sighed and shook his head. "You worry too much. For now, we need to get back to the Munificent. I have a little surprise for Rose Dixon's village."

The shuttle broke through the atmosphere, headed for one of Teth's moons.

Orbiting the moon was the Munificent-class star frigate. The battleship sat suspended over the moon, almost looking abandoned.

The shuttle approached the main hangar which opened upon its arrival.

All four of the vulture droids escorting the ship broke away, landing on the top of the frigate. The shuttle landed in the ship, the doors to the hangar sealing behind it.

Skye limped around the room trying to test her injured leg. Rose sat in the corner staring nervously at the floor, anxious about the apparent lack of success of their mission.

The two were waiting yet again for Rhodes, Lena, and Twitch to fight for the freedom of their village.

Skye broke the silence saying, "Why do we have to wait around here while the Jedi gets to play hero. We should be in there helping them. Or at least chasing down Dev Gruz."

Rose looked up at Skye who was still pacing around the control room. "Rhodes is only trying to protect you. Plus, your leg is not healed enough to be effective in battle."

Skye shot an annoyed look back at her. "I don't need him to protect me! Why should we have to listen to him anyway?"

Rose went to answer but was too late as Skye was already leaving the room.

As Skye began to duck through the door, the passage was filled, revealing Rhodes and the rest of the crew.

"Good news or bad news first?" Rhodes said with a grin.

Skye rolled her eyes saying, "Just spit it out, Charles."

Rhodes stuttered for a second, caught off guard by hearing his first name again. Once he gathered himself, he was able to say, "Well the good news is, we rescued Abie!"

Rhodes stepped to the side to reveal Abie who gave a wave to Skye.

Rose, noticing her wound, ran over to bandage it. She also handed Abie her blaster which she had found on the ground of the control room.
