Chapter 31

"You look beautiful" Saul said as soon as Michelle walked down the stairs. "Thank you. You look quite handsome yourself" She told him, walking up to him and gently fixing his tie before pulling him in for a long kiss. "Where are we going?" She asked him, after pulling away. "That's a surprise, love." he said, shooting her a wink and getting her coat for her. After helping her into her coat, he took a hold of her hand and guided her outside for a short walk.

After a while they ended up near the lake where the specialists train only now it was filled with candles, flowers and in the middle a table for two people. "Oh my god, Saul. Did you do all of this?" She asked him, getting a little teary-eyed. "Only the best for my fiancée" He told her sincerely, making Michelle pull him into a hug and whispering "this is the sweetest thing someone has ever done for me. Thank you so much" she told him, making him sad that no one has ever done this for her, but also making him proud for doing the right thing.

"Shall we?" Saul asked, guiding her towards the table and pulling out her chair for her. A bit later Sky came up with a fake moustache, asking them if they were ready to order. Michelle had to laugh a bit and asked him for the choices, making him grab his notepad and recite the choices they had for the evening. "Pizza or pizza" making Michelle look at Saul questioningly. "When you first came here for Bloom you wanted to eat pizza from that one place in your hometown. I thought maybe we could eat that so I had someone pick them up. I asked Bloom for your favorite" Saul explained, making Michelle swoon again. 

They talked about a lot of things that evening and ended up back at their home, naked in each other's arms. Not knowing that what they did that night would have some consequences.
