Christmas is finally here. I was not in the mood to open up presents, but I did anyway. I got a charm bracelet, some books, and clothes. I was lucky to have these, but I wasn't very fortunate to not have a boyfriend to be with this Christmas. When I opened the blinds in my bedroom, the whole sky was orange... just like Last Christmas. I just realized that I can go visit Michel's family during Christmas. I ran off to his house and his whole family was here, but not Michel himself.

"Hey Nikole! Help yourself." Mrs. LeBeau gave me some mashed potatoes. Celeste came in and she looked all fancy,

"Got any more lemon tea?"

"Why of course, Celeste." She poured in some lemon tea for Celeste. Celeste is Michel's big sister. She had big poofy blonde hair and brunette eyes, with a pinch of sparkles on her cheeks as her skin was glistening. Her dress, made with silk, as the colour shines the room up. Celeste was nominated "the most beautiful girl in the school" reward and won. She is always so... smart, intelligent, but mostly pretty. Celeste and Michel had a pretty bonding relationship, although Celeste was always irritated whenever Michel tried to get women. Somehow, Celeste always liked me, so that's a good thing. She always hides her emotions and her feelings, which is pretty odd considering most of the women here tend to cry a lot and whine. She never caused any problems, fights, etc. She's the most perfect girl in the world. Celeste sat down next to her mother as she sipped her tea, and then they started to pray for Michel.

"Dear Lord, let us pray for Michel as this is the day when he passed away..." His mother started to pray as we all folded our hands and closed our eyes. As she was speaking, I can only hear the raindrops from the outside world rather than the prayer. I can hear Michel's voice in my head. His beautiful sea green eyes and brown hair smoothly came towards me, as his shiny skin started to hug me tightly. I missed Michel,

"Amen." And they were done praying. I wanted to cry, but I couldn't. It was so heartbreaking.

"How was Christmas with the LeBeau's?" Nina asked as she sat down on the couch with me. I was at Nina's house, since there was obviously a Christmas break,

"It was interesting. I didn't really cry much, but I did think about him throughout the whole dinner."

"Did Celeste say anything?"

"No, not quite yet..she didn't even say the prayer." I said, Nina was confused on why she didn't say the prayer,

"Do you want to go to their house again to visit her?"

"Alright." And we started to grab our little backpacks. We crossed the streets of New York and wondered around. Then, I figured out a great idea,

"Hey, why don't we both find out the cause of Michel's death!"

"But, how? He's been dead for a year now. No evidence was gathered, so I'm pretty sure there would be no evidence about him." Nina said,

"Well, we can try at least." I shrugged as Nina nodded her head. As we were walking down, we both found a stray black kitty sitting on a cardboard box,

"Hey kitty kitty! What are you doing here, lil fella?" Nina touched the cat's head,

"Oh.. ahoy there! My name is Ruby. Pleasure to meet you, Nikole and Nina." The cat spoke! This was a shocker.
