"Previously on Peter Screws the Pooch, I tell you to stay away from this. Instead, you hacked a multimillion-dollar suit so you could sneak around behind my back doing the one thing I told you not to do. Then you drag your sister into this. She could've gotten hurt or worse." Tony says.

"Mr. Stark, me coming here isn't Peter's fault. I wanted to come. I asked him and he said I could go." Maddi says.

"Oh, did he now? He said you could go? Well, that changes everything." Tony says sarcastically.

"Is everyone okay?" Peter asks.

"No thanks to you." Tony says.

"No thanks to me?" Peter asks, turning to look at Tony. He jumps off the ledge he was sitting on and walks up to Tony. "Those weapons were out there, and I tried to tell you about it. But you didn't listen. None of this would've happened if you had just listened to me. If you even cared, you'd actually be here."

Suddenly, the Iron Man suit opens and Tony steps out, approaching the twins, which caught Peter off guard. "I did listen, kid. Who do you think called the FBI, huh? Do you know that I was the only one who believed in you? Everyone else said I was crazy to recruit a 14-year-old kid." Tony says.

"I'm 15." Peter says.

"No, this is where you zip it, all right? The adult is talking." Tony snapped, raising his voice a little. "What if somebody had died tonight? Different story, right? Because that's on you. And if you or your sister had died, I feel like that's on me. I don't need that on my conscience."

"Yes, sir. I'm sorry. I understand." Peter says.

"Sorry doesn't cut it." Tony says.

"I understand. I just wanted to be like you." Peter says.

"And I wanted you to be better." Tony says. "Okay, it's not working out. I'm gonna need the suit back."

"Mr. Stark, come on..." Maddi says.

"I don't want to hear it, Maddi. I'm taking the suit and that means no more sneaking off with your brother during his missions."

"For how long?" Peter asks.

"Forever. Yeah, that's how it works." Tony says. Maddi gives Peter a sad look when she sees the heartbreak on his face when Tony said he would be taking the suit. She hated seeing her brother like this and she hated that this was happening.

"No, no, no. Please. Please. Please." Peter begged.

"Let's have it." Tony says.

"You don't understand. Please. This is all I have. I'm nothing without this suit." Peter says.

"If you're nothing without this suit, then you shouldn't have it. Okay? Man, I sound like my dad." Tony says.

"I don't have any other clothes." Peter says.

"Okay, we'll sort that out." Tony says.

After Tony drops the twins off, Peter and Maddi walk up to their apartment and Peter knocks on the door. Peter was wearing an oversized NYC tourist shirt and pink Hello Kitty pajama shorts. Aunt May opens the door.

"Hey." Peter says.

"Hey, May." Maddi says.

"I've been calling you guys all day. You didn't answer your phones. You can't do that. Then this ferry thing happens. I've called five police stations. Five. I called five of your friends. I called Ned's mother." Aunt May says as the three walk inside the apartment.

"We're fine. May, we're okay. Honestly, just relax. We're fine." Peter says.

"You. Cut the crap. I know you left detention. I know you left the hotel room in Washington. I know you sneak out of the house every night. And Maddi, I would have expected this from Peter but I know you sneak out sometimes, too. You've even been late to school." Aunt May says.

Ever since Peter became Spider-Man, there were a few times that Maddi was late to school because whenever she would sneak off to help her brother, it was super late at night and the next morning, she would oversleep and miss the bus. She hasn't gotten detention yet but she has come close with the many tardies she's received.

"That's not fine. Guys, you have to tell me what's going on. Just lay it out. It's just me and you." Aunt May says. For a moment, Maddi looks at Peter. She wanted so badly to tell Aunt May that Peter is Spider-Man but she made a promise to her brother she would never tell her or anyone else.

"I lost the Stark internship." Peter says, his eyes filling up with tears.

"What?" Aunt May says.

"Yeah." Peter says, nodding his head.

"What happened?" Aunt May asks.

"I just thought that I could work really hard and he could, he would, you know. But I screwed it up." Peter says. Peter sits down on the sofa and Maddi sits next to him, placing her hand on his shoulder. Aunt May hugs him.

"Oh...It's okay, it's okay. It's okay." She says.

"We're sorry that we worried you." Maddi says.

"I'm not trying to ruin your life." Aunt May says.

"Yeah, we know." Peter says.

"Just...I used to sneak out too." Aunt May says. Aunt May makes a disgusted face when she smells a horrible stench from the twins. "And take a shower. Both of you. You smell. You smell like garbage."

The next morning, after talking to the principal, Maddi and Ned both find out that Peter did not get expelled for his recent behavior. The rest of the day turned out pretty normal. Peter was doing well in his classes, he stayed in detention, he even finished the LEGO Death Star with Maddi and Ned. Everyone at the school was getting ready for the Homecoming dance. Peter finally told Liz how he felt about her and asked her to the dance, she said yes. Ned and Maddi had agreed to go to the dance together as friends. Flash, of course, asked her but she turned him down and a few other guys asked her but she wanted to go with a group, instead. Everyone was excited for homecoming, but what the twins didn't know was that the night of the dance, something big was about to go down and it wasn't going to be good.
