Not only friends? Yoru x Phoenix (Valorant)

Chapter 1

It was a sunny day but Phoenix was in his room doing nothing. Not really nothing but he was laying in the bed and wondering if he would ever find someone. The love of his life. He never though that he would find someone cause he's just flirting for fun and the girls that talked to him didn't really catch his attention. Maybe he was gay? Bi? Pan? Or were the girls just not his type? The fire-boy sighed. Love wasn't easy for him. Of course he already had a girlfriend but for him he hasn't felt any connection to her. So he said that to her that they should break up. She got really mad and stomped angrily away. Since then he never saw her again. It wasn't a big deal for him but the thought of being alone the rest of his life made him sad. The Brit really wanted to have a lover, the flirting with girls that he wasn't even interested in, didn't helped him either. He wanted to find his true love but how? Could he already have met them? Maybe he just didn't realised it. But he shrugged it off and went over with his day.

Time skip to night

This night Phoenix was really bored. So he texted into the group chat if someone wanted to hangout with him. A few seconds later Jett responded to his message. She wanted to spend some time with him. Sova also responded to that text. He was also really bored so he wanted to come too. It was fine for Phoenix so he texted them. 'Meet you guys in the dining room'. Jamie made his way to the kitchen. On his way he bumped into Viper. "Sorry Viper didn't mean to", Phoenix apologised. "What are you doing here?", Viper replied ignoring his apology. "Didn't you see the message I wrote in the group chat?", the boy wondered. "Ah that's why", she said cold like always. "Then see you sometimes again", Phoenix waved to her and continued his way to meet his friends.

From the kitchen he already could hear two people laughing. 'Must be Jett and Sova' he thought. He was right Jett was giggling while Sova was laughing so hard that Phoenix thought he would fall off from the chair any seconds. "Hello guys good to see you!". "Hello Phoenix", they both replied. He took a sit next to Sova. "Guys did you ever thought never finding your soulmate?" Phoenix asked the two. "Yea I did", Jett said,"but I think I will find them someday". "I agree with her", the Russian man smiled. "Maybe you need to open your eyes more Phoenix and don't flirt with so many girls that could scare them", Sova added. "But what if I'm not even attracted to girls?",the Brit whispered to himself and let his head sink in the palms off his hands. "Wait so you are gay?",the girl asked. Her voice was very excited. Jamie looked up to her with a shocked expression. "Yea, I heard that you idiot. I have two really good working ears", the Korean girl giggled at how dumbfounded her best friend looked. "I also heard that", Sova smiled at his friends. Phoenix just groaned. "I don't know if I'm gay but I spend so much time with girls that i possibly could be gay", Grant was chuckling awkwardly. "That is fine for me", Jett had a bright smile on her face. The best friends looked at Sova with an look 'are you fine with that'. He just nodded and gave them a thump up. After that they spoke about random stuff.

The time went by fast and it was already 11PM. The three had really fun but Sova heard something from behind and turned his head. There was standing a Sage. She looked pretty tired. 'Were we too loud?' The Russian man thought. "Guys I want to sleep and the others too so please head to bed", she yawned. "Yes, sorry Sage we got carried away and didn't notice the time", Jett replied. "It's fine just go to bed now", Sage gave them a small smile and went to her bedroom. "Well, I guess we need to go to sleep now", Phoenix stood up. His friends did the same. "Goodnight Jett. Goodnight Sova", the fire boy waved them goodbye and the other two did the same. All three off them headed now to their rooms. "We really got carried away. I didn't even notice what time it is now", whispered the British boy to himself. In his dorm he walked to the bathroom and took a hot shower. A few minutes later he came out a towel around his waist and his hair hanging down all wet. He took out a boxer because he knew in the night it is always too hot for him. After that he walked over to his bed and got ready too sleep. The boy turned around a few times but managed to sleep after that.

Next morning

In the morning at 7AM every agent woke up from a loud boom, everyone except Phoenix and Raze. Brimstone was the first there, from where the sound came from. It came from the training area. The area was full with color and it looked like someone fired with a grenade. 'Must been Raze' Brimstone thought. He turned his head and saw Raze standing there proudly. "Oh, good morning Sir. Did I woke you up?", the girl asked who just did something with her grenade. "Yes, indeed. It was pretty loud", he didn't sound angry about her waking him up, so she just smiled at him. Meanwhile the other agents also came to the training area. "What is going on here?", a sleepy Jett asked. "Sorry guys. Didn't mean to wake you all up. I just wanted to test my new grenades". A few off them groaned because they couldn't sleep in peace and the others were just standing there with sleepy looks. "Well, since we are all together now. Why won't we eat breakfast together?", the captain asked. Many slightly nodded their head and the others just followed them to the meeting room. The dining room is too small to eat with everyone together. So Brimstone accepted it that the meeting room could be a little dirty after the breakfast. Astra, Killjoy, Skye and Sova went to get some bread, butter, jam, juices and milk.

When everybody were sitting in their normal meeting seats they began to eat and have fun together. Jett told some jokes to them and a few of them laughed at it. But something was off. Jett looked around and didn't saw her best friend. Didn't he hear the explosion? "Guys Phoenix is missing", the girl stood up. "Your right", Brimstone looked around but also didn't see him. "Someone go wake him up", Brimstone looked around again and saw Yoru in the eyes. "Why won't you wake him up,Yoru. I heard you both are friends so why won't you do it". Yoru just scoffed at that sentence but did it anyways. The rift walker stood up and made his way to a certain person. "From where did he got that. We never were friends.", Yoru whispered to him and scoffed about his own sentence. Now he stood in front off his door.
