Groaning, Zihao sluggishly followed behind the tired pro-hero. Excitement was almost dripping from their faces they were so happy. As if. The last thing either of them wished for was a staff meeting right in the morning. Not knowing what it was about only made them feel even more put off.

"So, what's going on here?" Midnight asked while glancing down at the stack of papers in her hand. Unlike what Zihao assumed, there were only eight people in the room including him. Two long tables sat facing each other with four people on each side. Cementos, Ectoplasm, Snipe and Zihao sat on the left side while Midnight, Vlad King, Aizawa and Nezu sat on the other. Zihao's suspicion only grew as he realized they all teach the first years.

While Ectoplasm began speaking, Zihao grabbed the packet in front of him curiously. His eyes nearly bulged out of his head as he read its contents. "-but this time, the public safety commission itself has requested that every student participate in what they're calling 'practical field testing'." Nezu's voice seemed to ring in the teenager's ears as he comprehended what he was being told. He could feel his fingertips begin to dig into the coarse skin on his palm. Yet the pain didn't seem to register.

Vlad King's fist bangs against the table in front of him out of a fit of rage. "A REQUEST?! ARE THEY DEMANDING THAT OUR KIDS HEAD INTO THE FIELD?!" His voice rang out, shaking from rage. Zihao kept his head tilted downward as he continued to listen. It would do him no good to be sent out of the room.
