Trouble

Part 31

We made our way through the corridors checking the classrooms and cupboards. Professor McGonagall opened the door and let me in. We went through and checked the girls dorms then headed to the boys. After about  4 dorms we got to a dorm and professor McGonagall suggested I waited outside while she checked. I heard something from inside and then out walked Potter. He stopped and looked at me with a menacing smile before whispering in my ear,

" She's not bad in bed either." He walked away before I could do anything. McGonagall walked out looking pale. She pointed inside and left the door open and I walked inside to see Y/N on the bed, naked. My blood was boiling at this point, I was going to kill Potter. I walked over to her and tried to wake her up. She wasn't responding which meant she was unconscious so I looked around for her clothes and found them ripped, on the floor. I took of my shirt and put it on her gently, not wanting to hurt her before picking her up and taking her to the infirmary.

I got there and Madame Pomfrey told me to put her on the bed. I sat down next to her while he was getting checked. The others came in and stood by me. Tom sat down on her other side and took her hand. 

" What happened to her?" Madame Pomfrey questioned.

" We were at the party and we couldn't find her so we got the teachers and went to find her and we found her unconscious in Potters bed." I replied. 

Toms head shot up and the anger was visible on his face. Tom and Mattheo got their wands out and were about to run out but Daphne stopped them. 

" You guys should be here for when she wakes up. We will talk to Snape and he will get punished, besides we don't fully know what happened." 

We sat there while we waited for Madame Pomfrey to finish healing her. She had a few cuts and she asked the boys to leave while she checked her for other injuries, so with a bit of convincing Tom that Pansy and Daphne would be with her, we walked out and stood by the doors waiting.  

Professor Snape came and I told him what happened. Once Madame Pomfrey had finished and let us back in she talked to Snape alone about what happened. He left in a hurry and a few minutes came back with a vial. 

 " I will sort out Potter and I don't want anything to happen between you guys and him. Stay with her, Madam Pomfrey says she will wake up in a few days. When she does tell her to take this." He handed Tom the vial before giving her a kiss on her forehead and walking away.

No one said anything, we were just thinking. Blaise was the first to speak up,

" It's going to take a few days so why don't we go back to the dorms. Someone should stay with her incase she anything happens and we can take turns watching her." We all agreed and Tom was insistent to stay. 

We were making our way back to the common room when Pansy and Daphne pulled me away. 

" We think we should tell you what happened to her but please don't do anything stupid." I nodded my head. 

" She wouldn't cheat on you on purpose. She must have put up a fight because she had a few bruises and cuts on her body. There were a few words he carved on her body but Madam Pomfrey said they will heal. She had been poisoned, Potter must have snuck something into her drink." I was fuming at Potter.

 I shouldn't have left her by herself, I promised to not let anything happen to her.

" Don't beat yourself up Draco. It isn't your fault at all." Pansy consoled me. 

I just replied with a nod. We walked into the common room and Snape was talking to Mattheo. We sat down in front of the fireplace, not feeling like going to sleep yet. Mattheo came over and told us what's going to happen. 

" They are going to call Mum over, Dad's not coming cause well you know. Then we are going to speak with Dumbledore. We could possibly get Potter expelled but then again Dumbledore favours him so I don't think he will get more than a detention. Would some of you guys be able to back us up seeing as you have been there previous times?"

Everyone nodded and Mattheo sat down. 

" We are going to see if she can at least come back to her dorm and at least one of us move in with her." Mattheo continued. 

"That's a good idea. Let's just hope she gets better soon. Did you want to go visit her one more time for tonight and we can take some of her clothes and stuff?" Pansy asked.

Pansy and Daphne got up and went to her room to get some clothes. They came back and we left to the infirmary again. We walked in and Tom was still sat in the same spot, holding her hand. Pansy and Daphne kicked us out while they changed her into some PJ's and Mattheo told Tom about what's going to happen. 

*Tom POV*

 After Pansy and Daphne had changed her we went back in and I sat down in the same spot. The others pulled more chairs round and we all sat there in silence. I looked across at Draco who was next to her on the other side. I can tell he cared for her and I was glad that of all people she could be with it was him.  

Professor Snape walked in with Mum. It had been a while since I had seen her, last time was the Christmas holidays. The thing about Mum and Dad is that they care about us, alot. To others they might seem cold hearted and evil but to us they are the best. The others decide to wait outside out of courtesy so it was just Mum, Mattheo and I. 

" What happened to her?" She asked while taking Draco's previous seat. 

I told her how Potter had been towards her including the remarks and what happened last time in the bathroom. To say she looked ready to kill was an understatement.
