Heart beating, breath quickening, eyes glued to the only thing on his mind. The closed doors at the end of the aisle. His mind wandered from what you looked like to how he would react.
His breath hitched when the doors at the end of the aisle opened and the lights in the room were dimmed. The fairy lights that hung from one side of the room to the other slowly flickered on, and for the first time, his eyes refocused on the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. You. Your white breathtaking dress flowed in front of you with little effort as you walked forward. A bouquet of red roses and white lilies was placed in your hands with a veil falling from your curled hair. A flower crown was on the top of your head and your eyes almost seemed unreal to him.You reached the altar and stood across from him. His eyes were sparkling with tears and he reached for your free hand and took the other after you handed the bouquet to your maid of honor. He brought you closer and kissed your hands.
"You are so beautiful," Haechan whispered softly, bringing your hands up to kiss your knuckles. You held his hands tightly and fought off the urge to cry. Breaking only slightly when you heard the words 'I do' fall from Haechan's lips.
"I do," you smiled, letting the tears fall from your eyes. Your heart had finally exploded after all the years of Haechan's sweet kisses and cuddles. After his lame jokes and his quick comebacks. After the million 'I love you's and 'I'm sorry's. After all the joy Haechan had brought you.
"You may kiss your bride."
Haechan pulled you into him for the hundredth time and sneaked his hand around your waist, bringing you into his embrace. Your hands came up around his neck as his lips met yours, melting all of your thoughts and bringing you peace. He held you tightly and smiled into the kiss. Haechan whined when you pulled away sooner than he wanted.
"Love me!" he complained quietly. You giggled slightly and stared into his undeniably happy eyes.
"Always," you whispered back.
