The sun was beating down hard today, and we had been going at it for hours as it was already. And the day before. It was fun, don't get me wrong, but at some point, you just can't function anymore.

"Hey guys, what do you say to call it a day?" I asked my bros.

We were currently on a side street to the big La Rambla to shoot some content videos for TikTok and some behind the scenes videos for Instagram. Our famous POV videos usually got really good views and engagement from our followers for all of us, so of course that was the main thing to focus on today under the scorching sun beating down on us.

I couldn't help but smile to myself at what Emma would think about some of the stuff we've shot today. She would no doubt die laughing.

A while back, I ended up showing her the kind of videos that had made us famous and to say she was stunned would be an understatement. I had no idea what she thought I did, but that wasn't it for sure.

The look on her face was one of pure shock mixed with surprise. The memory was still so vivid in my mind. Her eyes had nearly bugged out of her skull and her mouth was wide open, followed by a shaky tentative smile that flowed into a bark of laughter. And since we were talking about Emma, she ended up cackling uncontrollably until she managed to rein in her emotions.

She was a hard woman to get a read on at times.

Sometimes, I thought for sure I had her figured out but then she did something completely out of character and I felt like I was back to square one.

Other times, everything just felt so natural. The way her body moulded perfectly into mine when we were close. I didn't have to force conversation with her. We could just be in a moment without saying or doing anything really and that was enough.

"You anxious to get back to your woman, lover boy?" Brock sniggered from beside me.

"Wouldn't you be if you had someone like her?" I countered.

"So, you're not denying that you're together, together?" he gasped, leaning back against the railing.

"That's not..." I said shaking my head letting the hair into my eyes. I didn't really know what to say to that.

I knew we had agreed to no feelings, just fun. But honestly, at times it felt like more.

"What? Cat got your tongue now?"

"Leave him alone, ass face," Walter said coming up behind us looking a bit red in his face. The sun had really gotten to him. Good thing, the sun would go down soon.

"Says you, Mr commitment," Brock snorted. "You've been in a relationship since you were what like two? Of course, you're gonna defend a fellow relationshipper."

Walter started laughing in between saying, "that's not even a word!"

Brock unapologetically shrugged his shoulders. He had a knack for inventing new words to suit his needs and he didn't care what other people thought. If they didn't get him and his adverse vocabulary that was too bad.

"But I will say this," Walter continued sobering up, looking over at me. "You are in a relationship, you just don't want to admit it."

"I... That's..." I tried gathering my thoughts. Pointless. What was there left to say?

"You're all useless. See ya later, douches!" I hollered at the two of them as well as Tom and Karl standing a bit back hunched over a phone deep in conversation.

"Say hi to your girlfriend," Brock yelled back.

I couldn't help but lift my middle finger intentionally high in the air, hoping they would notice my parting gesture. The sniggers that followed me down the street gave way to the answer.
