Chapter 1-The Untold Truth

This novel is firstly dedicated to my sis for the wonderful encouragements she gave in writing this story and secondly to the two most wonderful girlfriends In the world.

In a world were magic, mythical beings and legends live in peace and harmony, a world once drowned in darkness and evil but now banished from existence three hundred and sixty five years ago.
A world were supernaturals like the vampires, werewolves, healers, shape shifters,, sorceress, magicians, witches and blood benders have been living in peace for decades now.
Until history repeated itself.

"Uh-huh..."I could hear the little ones sound with curiosity.

”Yes it did repeat itself ",Grandma said trying to sound mysterious.
A circle was made.

"What's a circle?", I heard one of the little one ask interrupting Grandma's story.

A circle is....

"Yes, yes, yes I believe we all do know what a circle is right", said mother interrupting Grandma's stories again as she always does whenever Grandma tried to end the story about the circle.

I believe our parents have been waiting for us for a while now said mother getting the children excited on hearing that their parents were in. They quickly dashed out of the room and followed her out.

You know you shouldn't be telling them this I heard mother say sounding angry when she came back in. Its history and its gone now, how do you expect them to understand the nature about the circle .

You know very well that history has to be told for our younger generations to know about the good and evil of it keilah .

Keilah was my mom's name.

Who knows history might repeat itself again, you don't expect evil to be gone forever cos where good exists there surely must be evil as well I heard Grandma say as she walked out on mom.
What was so special about the circle that mother never wanted Grandma to speak of it.I always hid to listen to Grandma tell the little ones stories but mostly I hid to listen to her tell her favorite one which was about the circle.

It was true that our world was filled with supernatural beings. We had vampires, healers, magicians, sorceress, werewolves, blood benders and shape shifters living together as one and that made each and everyone unique.
Vampires have the ability to see in the dark and also have super speed, shape shifters also have the ability to shift into anything or whoever they want whilst blood benders had to power to make you feel anything they want, as long as you have blood flowing through you they have the ability to control you making you feel anything they want you to feel. Its much more like compulsion.
On the other hand healers were the most important among all supernaturals cost they had the power to interact and connect with mother nature to heal all kinds of wounds, break spells and even save people from the verge of dying.
They use both herbs and seedlings in curing people by transforming them into medicines. They always called upon mother nature for protection and guidance.
My family and I were also healers.
