NYC, NY📍

"Oh my god I can't believe you drove all the way to Central Park East Highschool." Diamond slapped her thigh and let out a laugh as Xavier parked alongside the curb in front of the school.

"Damnn its been years." Xavier breathed out leaning back into his seat.

"Now what we doing here?" Diamond narrowed her eyes at him.

"What you mean this is where you and I began dating." Xavier looked at her weird.

"That was a long time ago" Diamond waved him off.

"So" he shrugged his shoulders. "We had good times here and you know it."

"I remember the first time I asked you to homecoming after the football team and I won our first game."

"I was so embarrassed because it was in front of the whole school and everyone was rooting for me and I was just standing there in the middle of the field confused cuz it was so unexpected plus I had social anxiety."

"Yeah I was down on one knee with a big ass poster in my hands wondering when the fuck you gon hurry up and say yes." Xavier chuckled.

"You acting like you don't remember shit" Xavier smacked his lips looking her up and down.

"Yeah I was the shy good girl and you were the popular football qb extrovert. How the fuck does that even work out?" Diamond scrucnhed up her face.

"Yeah but the shy girls are always the freakist in private." he grinned smacking her thigh.

Diamond smiled slightly shaking her head because she knew it was true. He always brought out that demon in her.

"How bout we go in the backseat so you can show me some of your moves." he smirked, trailing his hand more up her thigh.

"And end up pregnant again" she eyed him.

"If you want we can make that happen too?" he licked his lips looking her up and down.

"Don't look at me like that" she rolled her eyes looking out the window.

"Nah I want you looking at me all times" he grabbed her chin forcing her to look him in the eyes.

"We can't do anything"

"Why not?" he questioned her.

"Because..." Diamond hesitated anxiously biting the corner of her lip.

If she gets with him she knows she's going to catch feelings and get her heart broken because with Xavier she never knows if he'll just disappear on her again.

"We just can't happen" she finished off.

"Diamond I apologized for what I did in the past but that's not me anymore" Xavier explained, giving her an irritated look.

Just as he thought she was letting her guard down with him she puts them right back up and no matter how hard he tries to get her to open up he's just gonna have to accept that Diamond is a difficult person to handle that even he himself is getting fed up with her act.

He was tired of begging for her forgiveness over and over again.

"Ight bruh do whatever the fuck you want ion care" Xavier clenched his jaw as he started up the car.

"Xavier don't be like that" Diamond gave him the side eye.

"Don't be like what Diamond?" he scoffed. "After tonight this is the last you'll see of me over your place. I won't bother you no more and you can drop Alex off at my apartment on the weekends cuz clearly shit ain't working out between us."
