Chapter 21

Ava was humming and just walking around Angelina office waiting for her to come back. Ava was in her phone drinking her ice coffee.

Due to the coffee, Ava had to go to the restroom. Ava walked outside and greeted everyone on the floor there and did her business in the restroom.

Once Ava exited out the restroom she walked by to Angelina office when she heard an explosion.

All of the sudden people were screaming and running

Ava was confused what is happening?

Ava wants to call Angelina but she left her phone in the office. Ava quickly ran to the office and grabbed her phone when she was quickly dragged away by a random man

"Hey let me go you-"

Ava knocked out and last thing she saw was the man arm pulling her somewhere

"Ms Jolie there has been an explosion!" Angelina drive fast as she could and was on the phone with her head security

"My god" Angelina said to herself once she saw the view in front of her.

Angelina got out of the and tried to walked in but a security stopped her

"Ma'am you can't go in there"

"There's an explosion and a hostage situation happening in there. Those are my people I am the ceo I have to go in!" Angelina was getting frustrated

"I'm sorry but you just can't!"

Angelina spit in his face and quickly ran inside the building immediately looking for that young beautiful girl

She look behind her and saw guards running behind. Angelina just ignored them and ran as fast as she could

Ava worked up with a headache and dizziness

She looked around and saw many other people here too

She looked up and a familiar man she noticed that just walked in

"Good work fellas" The man said

Ava took a second and tried to recognize that man and it hit her

Ava looked around and people were crying and shaking. Ava noticed she was the only one with her arms tied up.

Ava wanted to cry but she was holding it in

"Once she realizes her little girlfriend is up here she will walk in and that's when we kill her" Ava overheard

"He's really dumb" Ava whispered

"What you say?!"

Ava froze. She must've said that a little to loud and he accidentally overheard her.

All of the sudden Mr Grande slapped Ava face that eft a terrible mark on her cheek.

"Fellas stand outside and be on guard. I want to handle this girl alone" Mr Grande said and pulled me up

Mr Grande pulled Ava up and put her in the front of the room

"Now that we can give them a little show" Mr Grande said

Ava was crying now

"Shut up!" Mr Grande was about to slap her

And all of the sudden the grip on Ava shirt disappeared and she heard a thud.

She looked up and saw Angelina looking angry

"You dare to touch what's mine?!" Angelina growled and punch his face over and over again until he was bleeding uncontrollably

A bunch of policemen ran into the room and pulled Angelina off of him.

Angelina knuckles were red and bloody

Angelina immediately turned to see Ava and walked towards her to hug her

"Are you okay? Did he hurt you?" Angelina was asking so many questions and was checking Ava everywhere

Ava feels so overwhelmed that she feels like she could faint any second

Angelina noticed her body feeling limp so she checked her face and noticed her eyes are closing slowly

Angelina panicked immediately

"Ava?" Angelina whispered

"Angie" Ava smiled softly

"I'm here baby everything's okay so stay with me" Angelina said

Angelina noticed the mark on her cheek and clenched her jaw

Ava vision was getting blurry

The last thing she heard was Angelina calling out her name and then darkness took over
