the hardest part of living
is taking the breaths you need to keep on
filling your lungs with the comfort of oxygen, even when you don't believe you need it- the burn in your lungs is a reminder to keep on
this is what mother nature was meant for
she watches over us- protects us
making sure we take the breaths needed to keep her living too
after all,,
mother nature is only as alive as we.
providing us with the shelter we seek, food we crave, and love we bask in; she fulfills her duties daily, weekly, annually, always.everything physical is a manifestation of her
her beauty and grace, generosity and support; she loves us with her entire being.
if we ignore the burn in our lungs, by default we ignore her.
she reminds us to take time by slowing down our muscles
she reminds us to pick up the pace by a quickening heart
giving up glimpses of what may occur with a strange feeling in the gut
she is always there, and she is always helping somehow
listen to her
