𝙞𝙫.𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧

"𝐀𝐀𝐀𝐀𝐇-" Mei screamed, her pillow muffling her voice. It's been two hours since the Daisy Mart incident. She was still freaking out.

"It's okay, you'll move to another city and change your identity!" She tried to comfort herself

"Mommy...i'm sorry..."  That.. didn't work.

After some minutes, she fell asleep, but had a terrible nightmare, that night, the thunders were loud, making the nightmare worse.

"[GASP]" Mei opened her eyes, and heard her mom, calling her.

"Mei Mei! Breakfast's ready!" She grunted, Mei was feeling different, maybe a little sore. Then she got up and responded.

"Hey! No sugar!" Ming slapped Jin's hand.

"Uhh...coming.."She walked to the bathroom, closed the door and yawned, she realized. There was something wrong with her reflection.

Was she hallucinating? she bent down to get a closer look on her face, she paused and widened her eyes.

She screamed. Ming  turned her head, while Jin secretly grabbed what he wasn't supposed to and ate it.

Her face..it's like she wasn't human anymore, she was a red panda! Once again, she felt her whole world crumble into pieces.

Mei was panicking and messing everything up. She was basically breaking everything. Ming knocked on the door softly and asked.

"Is everything okay? Is it a headache? Stomachache? Fever?"

"No!"

"Is it!- Did the red thing happen?.." Ming asked, and Jin, who approaching, stopped in his place and walked back.

"No!..maybe?.." Mei said, Ming gasped and put both of her hands on her mouth, she told Mei not to worry and went to get the 'things' she nedeed.

After all that, Mei had to go to school, while, Ming was worried. And asked her once more

"Are you sure you'll be fine?" Mei, smiled nervously, she replied her quickly and got out of the car. She adjusted her hood and went in.

She was met by many people, she took a deep breath and started walking. Her friends spotted her and went over to her

"Hey! Tyler's been telling everyone about what happened in Daisy Mart." y/n said, Miriam felt a strange smell coming from Mei

"Did you work out this morning?" Then Abby realized that Mei was wearing a hood and asked her

"What's with the hood?" Mei grabbed her hood tightly and replied to her

"I have..a bad hair day.." Mei said, while Priya gave her something

"I got you girl" She sassily passed it over to her. They were met by Tyler, still making fun of Mei because of yesterday.

She didn't know how the panda worked exactly, she desperately made an excuse to get away from them and went to her class.

She sat, drank some water to calm down and just put her head down, Miriam and y/n, who had the same class as Mei, sat by her side.

A girl, who was sitting behind them, asked.

"What's with her?.." she said, rudely. y/n and Miriam, who were overprotective of their friends, replied.

"WHAT'S WITH YOUR FACE?!"
