"Did you get selected ?",asked Sunghoon.
Haewon jumped out of joy,"I AM IN THE CHEERLEADING TEAM!"
Heeseung patted her head with a smile over his face.
Her heart fluttered at his touch. Gosh , she is ruined.
"The sports week starts from tomorrow . I am going to root for both of you! Win all the medals!",her eyes sparkled with determination.
"Ambitious Haewon.",Sunghoon chuckled, squishing her cheeks.
"...hellowr?"
The three of them turned back only to spot the puppy-like guy named Jake.
"What are you doing here?",Sunghoon seemed startled.
"Dad came here to talk something out with the school authority. So , I am here.",he smiled.
"...Are you his brother?",Heeseung spoke in confusion.
"OH MY GOD. JAKE!",Haewon beamed.
"HAEWON!",he gave her a quick hug,"Thank you so much."
Heeseung and Sunghoon gasped.
"FOR WHAT?"
"For listening to me and helping me.",he grinned.
She shook her head,"You don't have to thank me."
"But Haewon, you are growing prettier day by day.",he winked.
Her cheeks flushed because of his compliment,"T h a n k y o u."
"Don't you have to go?",Sunghoon stared at his brother.
"I'll leave after an hour."
"REALLY? LET ME SHOW YOU AROUND THE SCHOOL BUILDING!",she held his hand, about to walk forward when Heeseung stopped her,"No need. You need to practise cheerleading.",he pulled her away from Jake,"We will show him around."
"But-"
"No buts.",Sunghoon lightly pushed her towards the cheerleading team,"Practise well , Haewon."
"Okay...?",she heaved a sigh,"BYE JAKE!"
"Bye pretty~",he waved,"I will text you later."
"WHY?",both Sunghoon and Heeseung asked in unison.
Jake flashed an awkward smile,"...I have a phone?"
"I don't like your brother.",Heeseung whispered to Sunghoon.
"I had started to like him but I don't know now.",he whispered back.
"I don't like you either. Not gonna lie.",he heaved a sigh.
"Bold of you to assume , I like you.",he rolled his eyes in disbelief.
"...What are you both talking about-",Jake blinked.
"YOU."
Both shot a glare at him.

Haewon sipped the drink while walking with her two important persons.
"Heeseung. After the sports weeks , can we go out?",she made an eye contact with him,"I need to tell you something."
"Sure . Why not?",his lips curled to form a smile.
Sunghoon bit on his lower lip , staring at the ground.
She was going to confess, wasn't she?
"I AM SO NERVOUS FOR TOMORROW. OH MY GOD.",she placed her hand over her chest.
"You will do well . Don't worry.",Sunghoon patted her back.
"I hope I do !",she let her lips curl to form a smile,"Thank you for hyping me every time , Sunghoon."
Heeseung looked away , driving his hands into his pockets.
I wish, I was your crush and not him.

"Jake. I have a female friend.",Sunghoon began to speak.
"Haewon. I know."
"S-SOMEONE ELSE-"
"...Really? I didn't know."
"I have another male friend you know...he kind of...you know? Have a crush on her."
"Oh I see.",he held back his smile.
"But she likes someone else."
"OH I SEE.",he let his lips form a thin line, nodding vigorously.
"But the guy she liked...began dating someone else but now he broke up since his girlfriend was faking it."
"OH I SEE."
"But this crush of my male friend, she still likes her crush who is also her best friend and maybe she is going to confess to him..."
"You should confess to Haewon before that."
"Should I?",he heaved a sigh but then , realisation had hit him ,"WAIT. NOT ME. MY MALE FRIEND!"
"Let me connect the dots. This male friend of yours is actually you. Your crush is Haewon but she likes Heeseung, her best friend. And she is going to confess soon.",Jake's eyes landed on his brother,"That's why you should confess first. We never know what is going to happen .",he patted his shoulder in reassurance.
Sunghoon glanced at his reflection in the mirror.
"Shall I really confess, first?"
