Haewon sat down next to her new bench mate,"Hey. Look!",she showed off her brand new skateboard.
Sunghoon glanced at it and then shifted his gaze to her,"I saw.",he placed his head on the desk, closing his eyes.
"Do you come to school for sleeping?", she heaved a sigh.
"Haewon."
She turned back hearing Heeseung's voice.
"Heeseung!",she beamed.
"Eh...",he chuckled softly,"What's with this skateboard?"
"I am learning skateboarding from today!"
"Skateboarding?",he messed her hair,"Why all of a sudden, kiddo?"
"HEY! I AM NOT A KID.",she seemed frustrated,"What makes you think I am a kid ?"
He blinked,"...Haewon , Y-"
Sinyoung stood next to him appearing from behind, clinging to his arms,"Heeseung~"
"Hey Young. Did you sleep well?",he flashed a smile .
She nodded glancing at Haewon,"You are his best friend , right?"
Haewon hummed while drawing her books out from the bag.
Watching them together, somehow pained her. It smashed her heart, every moment.
"He tells me a lot about you. Sometimes it feels like you are his girlfriend.",she let out a soft laugh.
Haewon's gaze shifted to Sinyoung,"It's nothing like that. I am just a kid to him. Isn't it?",she stared back at Heeseung.
He flashed an awkward laugh,"Haewon...ac-"
"Seung~ Let's go. I want to have strawberry milk.",Sinyoung interrupted him, clinging closer to him .
Heeseung couldn't help but flash a warm smile at his girlfriend.
Haewon stared at her desk , witnessing both of them leave the classroom.
"...He always brought me strawberry milk.",she mumbled under her breath with a sense of sadness .
"Don't you dare cry again.",Sunghoon heaved a sigh raising his head up.
She bit her lower lip, with her eyes growing moist.
Sunghoon gasped ,"No."
"I won't cry.",she gulped in her tears,"I am okay."
He rose from his seat , holding her hand,"Let's go."
