wish the wind blows through here again upon a wish
i am the wind i'm blown through here again upon my wish
gusting over railings rushing above wooden tabletop pepperment
flowers lapping up pepperment cloth sandy chairs dry brown
firm icecreamtree pinkgreen leaves shaking in breathy ecstacy
plain and unafraid my heart racing in windy air in time with that voice
embracing cool tiles warm with blister tones and pale as blue milk
breathless breath eyes watering and red honey lips wide wide
wide all stationary but the wind whipping in wild arcs
dead leaves dot clouds of potato mash floor flat under foot
simply everything is moving in one swift going going going
up around down left circles rushing skipping shifting lifting
curtains way up and out out out outside free yet tethered
long large flat leaves bottle-green dancing their own life through the door
into the air off the cool and into the sun not quite loose all are
dancing there may be no wind tomorrow but there is today
windblown wishes visit here i wish for them to stay
