what happened? Fem Y/N x Peter

They woke up in each other's arms, Peter was leaning his head on one of the cushions, Y/N was leaning on his arm, and they were both covered with the blanket she had taken from the closet. It was a position they had never fallen asleep in before, so their bodies felt the consequences of an unaccustomed position.

He woke up first and pulled Y/N closer together when he saw her cuddled against him. That movement made her wake up, so when she felt the position, they were in, she intensified the hug more. Peter smiled as he felt how she also wanted to be close to him.

— Good morning —he greeted her as he caressed her hair tenderly.

— Good morning —she replied, kissing his collarbone.

That kiss made him shudder, he didn't remember anyone kissing him in that place, but it was a very beautiful place to kiss.

— How do you feel?

— Better than yesterday, I assure you —she answered, hiding her face between his body and the sofa.

Peter placed a kiss on her head as a consolation.

— Peter... —she raised her head to try to look him in the eyes— do you really want me to travel with you? —she asked uncertainly.

— Of course, I do —he affirmed, pulling away a little to see her— you need a break after this... When was the last time you took a vacation? —It was a question that was not rhetorical, he did want to know when she had taken a vacation, where she had gone, and with whom she had gone.

— Since I was a child I didn't know what my purpose in life was, when we graduated I thought I wouldn't find something that would make me feel useful, but after we got married when I started working at the hospital, I felt I could help others... especially children who have a lot to live for... —Peter was surprised, there was a lot he had missed about her and himself in that "strange world"— now that I remember, in the five years I have been there, I have not taken a vacation... I had no reason to take a rest...

— Now it's time for you to rest, darling.

Y/N raised her face and looked at him with a surprised and confused expression.

— Peter... you have never called me by an affectionate name before.

He didn't answer, he walked up to her and kissed her on the nose.

— There's nothing wrong —he said softly— we're married, aren't we?

She said no more, her cheeks turned red and with a nervous and silly laugh, she hid her face in his chest.

Y/N went to the hospital to request her vacation and Peter waited for Lucy to arrive.

— Good morning —she greeted him earnestly.

— I want you to pack a week's suitcase for me and my wife —he ordered indifferently, with that voice that turned her on.

Lucy only nodded and went to the couple's room to fulfill what she had been asked, she didn't want to express out loud what she thought of her stupid "wife" because she knew it would get her into trouble. That woman would pay for whatever she had done to her best lover.

Y/N returned an hour later, with his approved vacation leave.

— Peter, I'm here! —he announced to himself as he entered.

— Good morning, ma'am —greeted Lucy, with her characteristic seriousness.

— Good morning, Lucy —she replied kindly —you know where he is?

— Here I am, darling! —he had taken advantage of this moment to study some of his work.

— Peter! —she called him happily— I've already arranged the vacation, I took only one week, the week of your trip.

— It's okay, honey, as long as you need to be well —he hugged her neck and she reciprocated, feeling protected.

Lucy listened attentively to the conversation and could not hide her surprise when she heard that Y/N would take a vacation to go on a trip with him. Her jealousy grew and she knew exactly what to do to make this shit that was going on between them stop.
