"Stop right there," Tsukauchi ordered his friend when All Might barreled through the doors of the hospital.
"No!" came the response. It was the response from All Might, not his friend Yagi.
"He's in emergency surgery," Naomasa said.
That was enough to get through to the Number One Hero. His enemy, All For One, did not need surgery. It was a sign of weakness and he would not allow that.
"Now, will you calm down and let me explain?" Tsukauchi asked the now staring All Might. "Or maybe you'd like to talk to the lady who brought him in?" He offered instead.
All Might nodded but Naomasa could see that it was a bit wary. He understood. You did not spend that long hunting someone and then be told that a housewife had brought him down. The Emperor of the Underworld did not fall to a housewife... and technically he hadn't. He'd fallen before his very angry wife.
He led the Number One Hero down the corridor, moving around the doctors and nurses who were working until they came to a small room. It was an office but was rather incongruously close to the surgery. "He's in there," Tsukauchi indicated, so that if anything happened All Might would know where his foe was. "And she's in here," he added, opening the door.
He knew All Might had seen pictures of Inko Midoriya before but she gave off an air in real life that was not captured by a mere image. As soon as the door opened, her attention shot towards it and she raised one hand to her lips, telling them to be quiet. The reason was obvious. Inko was sitting at one end of a couch. On the other, her son, Izuku was sleeping, his head resting on the arm rest.
Tsukauchi was sure most mothers who had been separated from their sons for as long as Inko had, would want to be holding their child. Infact, he was sure she wanted to, but she recognised that Izuku didn't want that, and would only be confused by it. She was giving him distance. He'd probably adapt better because of it.
"Mrs Midoriya," All Might greeted her in a whisper but Tsukauchi could tell he was dying to know how she'd brought down All For One. He moved them into the office before Naomasa moved away from his friend. He had no need of a second demonstration from her.
It appeared Inko knew what All Might wanted to ask but wasn't sure how. "My husband forgot the consequences of lying to me," she explained before he asked.
"The consequences?" As far as he was aware All For One lied like breathing and never faced consequences.
Inko gave him a sweet smile. Given the reports he'd had that she was the sole reason All For One had been brought it, it made him shiver. "My husband promised he'd never lie to me," Inko told him. "And I promised him if he ever did, I'd rip his balls off."
It took him a moment to comprehend the sentence and when he did All Might felt an unexpected but profound sympathy for his enemy.
And the sudden desire to cross his legs.

I realise this forgets the reality of regeneration and all the other quirks AFO has, but it's funny, and that's the important bit.
My discord is on this code: ZX2R5h2cEm you should be able to figure that out.
