9 Fight

Izuki Valley.

Within the cave,

"Well, if it isn't my little sister, the Kaguya Clan's prodigy, why don't you show your brother how far you've come in these two years?"

Kakushi licked the bone blade in his hand as he glanced at Mei with contempt.

"Shut up!!!"

Mei roared, and two long bones protruded from her palms as she charged at Kakushi.

She appeared in front of him in the flash of an eye, her bone blade plunged towards his neck.

"Hehe, this is far from enough."

Boom...

Kakushi deftly dodged the blade, and before Mei could ready her next move, a powerful punch blasted into her gut.

Aghh...

Mei coughed out blood as she soared away, colliding with a distant cave wall.

Fear filled the eyes of the kidnapped woman and the children as they watched the fight.

When they saw them arrive, a spark of hope flickered in their eyes, but it was quickly overwhelmed by despair.

"Look after the other two while I enjoy my long-awaited reunion with my younger sister."

As he approached Mei, who sat on the ground on her knees, coughing blood, Kakushi ordered his subordinates to attack Ichiro and Aokiji.

"Damn!!!"

Daikichi lay helpless on the ground, watching everything unfold in front of him, but he couldn't do anything to stop it.

He couldn't even move a finger and could only cuss.

*Whoosh*

Both Ichiro and Aokiji were encircled by two Shinobi who were laughing and staring at them.

They were merely lambs going to be slaughtered, therefore they wanted to slaughter them slowly and relish the experience.

"I'm not going to die..."

Ichiro had a grim expression on his face since he knew it would be a miracle if he made it out alive.

But he didn't want to die before discovering the truth, so he sprinted towards the two Shinobi in front of him, brandishing his blade with determination in his eyes.

"Haha, this one is eager to die."

When one of the two saw Ichiro approaching, he chuckled and took out several Kunai and hurled them towards Ichiro.

"You are the one who will die!!!"

Ichiro didn't stop seeing the Kunai as he accelerated, and to the two's surprise, as soon as the Kunai struck Ichiro water splashed around.

"This is Hydrification Jutsu."

They noticed it right away and sought to retreat, but Ichiro had already appeared in front of them.

*Swish*

As the blade slashed at them, it made an air-cutting sound, but they eventually managed to dodge the strike with great difficulty.

Poof...

But Ichiro erupted into smoke as they both felt a shadow over their heads.

"Clone..."

They both realized it right away, and one of them jumped back, but the other was too late to avoid because Ichiro's blade was already at his neck.

Puff...

As Ichiro collapsed on the ground, his breathing became difficult, a head soared up into the air, followed by a torrent of blood.

Ho, ho, ho...

"I used far too much chakra... I need to get this over with as soon as possible"

Ichiro took deep breathes as Hydrification Jutsu drained a large portion of his chakra.

He was only six years old, therefore his chakra reserves were insufficient.

"Damn you, brat."

Seeing his partner killed, the other one cursed, and with anger in his eyes, he rushed towards Ichiro.

Ichiro also raced towards him as the other party's blow impacted his face, and water splashed again.

But then Ichiro froze in position, his body suddenly feeling weak all over.

"It's all over."

Lightning hung around the enemy's hand as he subdued Ichiro simple by employing Lightning Jutsu.

Lightning Style was Hydrification Jutsu's main flaw.

*Boom!!!*

Ichiro couldn't employ Hydrification Jutsu any longer and was punched in the face, as he shot back and fell heavily to the ground, fainting the next second.

"Is this the Kaguya Clan's prodigy?"
pathetic!!"

Kakushi glanced at Mei, who was drenched in blood and straining to rise up after another brutal thrashing from him, with disdain in his eyes.

"No... I can't die... I can't... I can't..."

Mei tried to stand up and fight back when she saw Kakushi approaching her again, but she was seriously damaged and could only watch Kakushi.

*Whoosh*

The Shinobi who had dealt with Ichiro flashed and appeared beside the other two Ninja who were surrounding Aokiji.

"Hehe, this kiddo is the final one; let's torment him first!!"

The three chuckled as they looked at Aokiji, who had done nothing but watch the fighting going on around him.

"Sensei... you told us earlier that for the benefit of the village, I don't need to hesitate even if it means killing my friends."

Aokiji disregarded the three's laughter and questioned loudly, his gaze fixed on Daikichi, who lay limp on the ground.

"What are... you talking about?"

Daikichi was perplexed as to why Aokiji had brought this up now.

"No one knows the village's secrets better than you, Sensei; if you are caught, it can cause a lot of trouble, so should I... kill you now?"

Aokiji stated this with an indifferent smile on his face and a cold blade condensed in his right palm, while looking straight at Daikichi.

"You..."

Daikichi's pupils contracted and he wanted to refute, but no matter how hard he rolled his throat, he couldn't come up with a justification.
