"Did you forget I'm an Ice Style user as well? It was easy for me to make Ice with less chakra with this thick ice on the floor."

Daikichi smiled, knowing that the only reason they could survive today was because of Aokiji.

"I should have killed you right away."

Kakushi wished he had killed Daikichi when he got the chance.

"Now, Aokiji, finish him off."

Daikichi spoke to Aokiji, who stood up when he heard him because he had rested enough to walk effortlessly.

"Won't you beg for forgiveness?"

Aokiji stared at Kakushi and noticed that, although regretting not killing Daikichi when he had the chance,
Kakushi's eyes were not filled with fear of death.

"Haha... dying in the hands of a genius like you... I couldn't have had a better ending."

He could change Daikichi, but this girl, Aokiji, could see it; he might not be able to change her, and she was hell-bent on killing everyone who stood in her path of being the strongest.

Aokiji didn't worry about her anymore and turned to Kakushi, who was lying in front of him, and drew out a Kunai.

Without further ado, Aokiji stabbed a Kunai into Kakushi's heart, killing him.

Aokiji sat down and sighed in relief since this first mission far exceeded his expectations.
