"Hi. How you doing?" I ask with a smile sitting next to the old vampire. Well if you ignore the two chairs between us we are basically sitting next to each other.
"Fuck off you fucking dog." He hissed.
"Ok. Have a nice day." I say rushing away. I didn't even bother to tell him I am a wolf. I will bark as long as I don't have to see his scary face. Well that went well.
"How did it go?" Kai asks.
"He said look at me you nice girl do I look like I have any blood left in my system. Then I checked him out and realized he is right. Told him thanks have a nice day." I say.
"Yeah?" Kai asks raising a brow.
"Yeah." I nod. I told him to have nice day, so I wasn't lying.
"Well from this angle it seemed like he hissed something at you. Insulted you and you looked terrified." He says looking slightly mad.
"Really? That's weird considering how nice he is." I say.
"Aranya." He growls.
"Let him go. Seriously. You promised there won't be any unnecessary violence." I say with a pout.
"He clearly insulted you." He says.
"It's fine. He was having a bad day. Or by his looks maybe even a bad life." I sigh hugging him and looking up at him.
"Let's go please." I say. He sighs.
"With your tactic we will never make it." He says.
"What do you mean by my tactic?" I ask.
"You clearly think they gonna help us and they're looking for friendship. You are so naïve. No ones gonna help you that easy and willingly, specially without wanting anything in return. Is either violence or giving them something." He says. I sigh.
"Why can't they just do a favor?" I say.
"It doesn't work that way." He says shaking his head.
"How did you survive on your own till now?" He asks.
"Um. Well there wasn't any danger in my bedroom." I say with a shrug.
"Oh right you haven't been out in society." He says.
"Actually I've been a few times." I say with a sigh.
"And?" He asks.
"I ended up hurt. They weren't nice." I say with a shrug.
"Exactly my point." He says with sigh throwing an arm around me and holding me close.
"Now what?" I ask.
"We will go to another bar. They are usually at bars." He says.
He is right we have our own special bars. Less humans more of us.
"Ok this time I will handle it." I say with a nod he shakes his head.

"I will use the restroom." Kai says after arriving at the bar.
I sit behind the bar tool ordering a drink.
"So you want something sweet?" The bartender asks.
"Exactly." I say.
"Sweet huh?" A boy asks. He is sitting next to me. He has a pale face, dark eyes and dark hair.
"That's what I said right?" I ask.
"Chill." He says.
"That's what I am trying to do right?" I ask. His face turns into a poker face.
"Ok. Sorry I am having a hard day." I say. I am not sorry.
"Tell me about it." He says.
I can be a bitch and snap or I can explain it to him. Maybe he will become a kind friend of mine or maybe he knows a vampire or goblin or mermaid or fairy. I need to explain the whole thing for him from the beginning to the reason that I am here maybe that way he will understand and even help. Saying what I need without further explanation won't get me anywhere.
"I need vampire blood." I say. Well I still need to work on my communication skills. He chokes on his drink.
"Shit. You know that we exist right? I didn't traumatized a clueless human?" I ask.
"No no you didn't." He says shaking his head.
"Why do you need it?" He asks.
"Ah to break a spell. My fathers pack are enchanted. My father is using them in the wrong way. I mean he is taking advantage of them. He wanted to force me to marry someone else but I ran away." I say. The bartender puts my drink in front of me. I pick my drink and sip.
"Take that father." I say while smashing my drink on the table.
"Yeah take that." The guy says. Smashing his drink as well.
"And the least goes on. I have to find fairies and mermaids and goblins. Did you know they existed?" I ask with disbelief. He nods.
"Can I trap a mermaid by fishing? I mean using some worms and all? What do they even eat? They can't eat fish can day? That's cannibalism. They can't eat meat either. I mean I haven't seen a gold fish eating a steak. Maybe they eat vegetables." I say. He just stares at me.
"Oh they are more like piranhas right? Shit." I say shaking my head.
"I can help you." He says.
"Really? How? Can I sacrifice you to the piranhas?" I ask excitedly.
"No. I am vampire." He says. What the fuck?
"Really? Prove it." I say. He shows me his fangs while his eyes changing colors.
"So you will give me your blood?" I ask.
"Yeah." He says.
"Without wanting anything in return?" I ask. Before he could respond I felt a hand on my shoulder.
"Oh Kai. Are you alright? Babe are suffering from constipation? Be honest I am here for you." I say.
"What the fuck. No I met a friend of mine along my way." He says.
"Thank moon goddess. I was worried. Thought I lost you to that bathroom." I say shaking my head.
"Oh by the way meet my friend." I say gesturing to the boy next to me.
"Kai meet friend. Friend meet kai." I say. I didn't even know his name.
"It's Alvin." My friend says.
"Aww like the chipmunk?" I ask. He just glares at me.
"So anyway what did you want in return of that favor?" I ask.
"To sleep with you." Alvin replies with a shrug.
