Lyazia walked hand in hand with Bella, they were taking a quick walk through the forest. Wanting to be alone together.

They entered the clearing they once shared with Edward, small frowns on their faces.

Lyazia took a deep breath, not liking how dull the flowers looked but not having access to her powers at the moment. While mentally, she was doing better, the close bond she'd had with her imprints was strained, distant and painful. It hurt her- drained her, physically.

"Y'know, I think some pink and yellow flowers would look amazing here." She muttered softly, staring at the purple and red flowers that swayed in the gentle breeze.

"Hm, I think so too." Bella grinned, pausing as a figure appeared at the end of the clearing.

Lyazia stepped Infront of the girl, a hard look on her face as Laurent stepped closer.

"We meet again!" He said 'happily' his bare feet stepping on a singular yellow flower, crushing it.

"Sadly." Lyazia deadpanned, glaring at the man.

"Wherever have the Cullen's gone? Weren't you both- somewhat pets of theirs?" He taunted, arms crossed behind his back leisurely.

"Yea, you better leave too. Edward will know you've been here. You've seen how protective he is." Bella forced out, stepping forward to be side-by-side with Lyazia.

"Oh, but he hasn't been here in awhile, huh?" He grinned, a dark look in his bright red eyes.

Bella's jaw clenched and Lyazia scoffed "But I am, get the fuck out of here." She snarled, the feeling of dread growing in her stomach. She couldn't protect Bella in this state. Not on her own.

"I'm simply here to pay a favor to Victoria, an eye for an eye. I mean, you did kill her mate after all. It'll be quick, she wants it to last, be painful. You won't feel a thing, pinky promise." He teased, holding his pinky finger out with a toothy grin, his white, pointy canines on full display. He took a step closer and lyazia growled, inhuman and angry
"Take one more step and I'll rip those dreads out your scalp leech boy." Laurent hesitated before his cocky grin stretched further across his face.

He stalked forward, appearing Infront of the two girls, Lyazia let out a growl, the protective instinct taking over and concealing the painful look that nearly crossed her face.

The large Hyena stook Infront of bella, it's sharp, razor like teeth on full display.

Laurent paused, eyes wide before he grinned "How cute." He deadpanned, taking another step forward before pausing as a chorus of growls sounded out from the right, the large wolves emerging, muzzles scrunched with anger, their sharp teeth on display as saliva dripped from their long teeth.

The Hyena let out a laugh, the noise ringing out loudly through the clearing as the wolves stalked forward. Laurent took a step back, a panicked look on his face as he zoomed the opposite way, the wolves pouncing after him.

'we got this, get Bella to safety.'

Sam's voice rung through her head and she froze, she really was part of the pack.

She ignored the wetness in her eyes and quickly nudged Bella to hop on, the human quickly got on her mates back, holding on tightly as the Hyena raced through the trees back to the  sheriff's house.

Harry Clearwater had a heart attack.

According to Sam he had an encounter with Victoria and he couldn't handle it, that only made the packs anger toward the red headed vampire grow. She'd killed a pack elder.
