Eclipse

Lyazia hugged her father tightly, mentally speaking to the pack in her mind, explaining she's okay and how this was something she needed to do.

Anyone who had went to speak in protest had been shut down by Sam who himself knew he'd do anything for his imprint, in a heartbeat.

The girls father also understood, refusing to admit he cried a little knowing she'd been gone for those three days.

Lyazia didn't want to face them, they'd been back for nearly a week and while Bella was hesitantly speaking to them. She had completely isolated herself, staying at home with her father or at the Rez with the pack.

Her father was at work, it was late at night, the girl lay in bed, lazily sketching the pack as music played, the gentle voice and music calming the girl down.

A gust of wind caused her to snap her head upwards, an angry frown on her face as she was met with the Cullen's, and nervous looking Bella.

She paused one of her favorite songs, dark red by Steve Lacy. Tossing the now closed laptop behind her as she stood, hands on her hips.

They'd really had to come now? Didn't they. The girl wore her bonnet and head wrap. She'd taken her braids out and washed her hair a few hours ago.

She wore a pair of black shorts and pink cropped spaghetti strap.

"What the fuck?" She ground out, hard eyes staring at each of her imprints, softening slightly at Bella.

"We needed to see you." Rosalie said quietly, sad look on her face.

Lyazia scoffed, "Yeah, because 9 months no contact really screams 'i miss you'!" She rolled her eyes, not bothering to spare her mates a second glance as she stomped past them out the room to the kitchen.

She pulled the fridge door open and pulled out the strawberry nesquick and milk, grabbing the pink mug her father had gifted her randomly some time ago.

Her imprints followed her quickly, not faltering in their attempts to speak to her.

Lyazia grabbed a spoon, angrily mixing the pink powder and milk together, not stopping after it turned a light pink like that of her shirt.

"Lyazia, please." Carlisle said softly, causing the girl to stop abruptly, she turned around with a harsh glare, the spoon held in her hand threateningly "No!" She growled, eyes burning with unshed tears.

"You, all of you, LEFT ME!" she shouted angrily, months of pent up sadness and confusion turning into rage.

She threw the spook at Edward who, unfortunately, didn't catch it as it made impact with his forehead, a quiet crack resonating through the cozy home.

He rubbed his forehead with a frown, the crack quickly disappearing as his smooth marble skin returned to normal.

"You left us!" She cried again, Bella having moved away from the cluster of vampires to stand on the other side of the island counter as her girlfriend.

Angry tears streamed down her face as her hands balled into fist at her sides "Do you know, what happens to a shifter when their imprint who they're close to leaves?" Her eyes were rimmed with red, the pain she felt hitting each vampire hard.

Carlisle shook his head softly, hand going to Esme's side comfortingly.

"We could die." She said simply, leaning back onto the counter, taking a sip of the drink she made in her anger.

"It hurts, it's not just the pain of heartbreak we go through. It's the pain of our soul tearing into pieces, everything that makes us, us being thrown into a paper shredder. I haven't been able to use my powers, phasing hurts. Our instincts tell us to stop, If we stop phasing, we grow old, we die. We grow weak. It's our instincts telling us to just die, telling me I am nothing without you." She said slowly, working her words around the shaky sobs she couldn't hold back.
