Tolkien had prepared a makeshift 'meeting table' for the three of them, and also provided some water. Seemed like a proper thing to do, and both Scott and Timmy appreciated the sentiment.
"Right, we do have stuff to discuss. However, I'm going to hand it over to the Captain, as he was the one to first obtain this distress message."
Scott pulled out his phone, and opened up the direct messages between him and [the New Kid], with a few unrelated items, and then the distress message.
"I got it during lunch, and was really shocked by it at first. I wasn't sure what to say back or do, so I was hoping for you guys to lend me some help." With this on display, Tolkien was able to read what little text there was, and had time to speculate.
"If it were up to me individually, I would say that this feels like an abduction message, one made frantically."
"That's what I was thinking too, Doctor. Issue is, I don't know if [the New Kid] has actually gone missing."
"Maybe we should ask their parents, check any news articles on missing persons reports?" Tolkien jumped to the first idea on his mind, one that certainly made sense.
"Indeed, that would make a fine start. Are you able to do that on your own, Tupperware?"
"Yeah, for sure, but I also want to see if I can consult the parents of [the New Kid]. You think they'd be up for a questionnaire?"
"I would say give it a shot, but we should first consult media reports." Following that, Tolkien began to scroll through the website for the local paper, hoping to catch anything on a missing persons report. He surveyed stuff from the past three weeks, just to be sure.
"You said [the New Kid] has been absent for how long, Captain?"
"Almost a week."
"Right, right..." Tolkien continued to skim read, but also pulled up another tab, which had a list of different file names.
"Would you mind me asking what that is? "Timmy inquired, reasonably curious as to what this list of files is for.
"Oh, about a month ago I started installing security cameras around different sections of town. With supervision by the Mayor and my parents, of course, but still credited to me, Tupperware. I want to maybe look through last week and see if it picked up any signs of [the New Kid]."
"Wow, that's cool. Why'd you do that, though? Seems like a lot of work."
"It was, but in a way, having this is more reliable than the cops surveying somewhere."
"Agreed." Scott and Timmy said this in unison, collectively reminiscing about their last climatic period of work, where the police of South Park were deterring things.

Tolkien finished browsing the local paper and its catalog, which he then moved to his camera catalog. Seeing as it covered a couple hours of footage, and from different perspectives, it felt like it may take some time before he catches anything.
"Perhaps we should formulate more plans before viewing this catalog of footage. How about carrying out that interview with [the New Kid]'s parents?"
"Yeah, maybe that would be better to get out of the way."
"So what should you and I do, Doctor?" Scott was ready for anything, or at least thought he was.
"I think I should stay here and look through some this catalog of camera footage, while Tupperware interviews the parents. You, Captain, should try and assemble more of the Freedom Pals to hopefully do patrols. My recommended people to contact would probably include Call Girl, since she is also good with technology, and could help Tupperware. If she can't, then I recommend someone like Mysterion. I know he is a prominent patroller at night."
"Well what if I can't get either of them? Maybe Fastpass would help?"
"I will contact and inform Fastpass personally. We have some— stunted progress that should be patched up first, and I don't want to put you through that hassle."
"Oh." Scott wasn't sure what that could mean, assuming that Timmy and Jimmy were almost always on good terms. But, since Timmy did say he shouldn't get himself into that, he won't.
"In the meantime, I would suggest maybe doing some patrols on your own, in areas that these cameras by Tupperware don't cover."
"And that is... where?"
"The playground, by the Police Department and Church, by some restaurants like Nueva Familia or City Wok, and by the South Park Mall. I can't place any there for the sake of private property and decency."
"Ah, okay. I'll go there and hopefully call on some people. Is that all?"
"I would say so, yes. If you two are to go out into the field, then I would like for us to spend the day working, and then hopefully tonight or tomorrow we can regroup somewhere. If not here, any ideas?"
"What about Nueva Familia? I can ask David to arrange stuff for us. Maybe we could have dinner there?" Scott and David were on good enough terms to where he could arrange a reservation. It was also a place he had to patrol, so that didn't mess with his tasks.
"I'm cool with that, but I'll have to get an escort there."
"Likewise. Hopefully we can, but if not, we can come back here. I guess now you are both free to disperse, unless you have any more input or suggestions for today's plans?" Nothing followed the open floor given by Timmy, so he took that as a cue for action.
"Very well, then you both are free to go." Timmy did dismiss them, but Tolkien and Scott looked to one another, feeling as if something was missing. They went up the stairs, and then finally figured it out.
"Oh yeah, Retribution but..." Tolkien started up that old saying.
"But with Inclusion." Scott and Tolkien awkwardly fist-bumped.
"It's— been a while since we've done that, huh?"
"Yeah... It was nice, though. But it is just us two." Scott would've enjoyed a larger group here.
"Well, thankfully you're off to get us more than three people, right?"
"Yeah, hopefully."
"Okay cool. I'm gonna go grab some stuff to document my interview, you just go out there and contact people."
"Will do!" That is where these two would split off, with two different agendas to complete before it got too late to go out to Nueva Familia. Scott did want them all to hang out, and also reconvene with hopefully more people and more data on a potential disappearance. He stepped out of the gates of Tolkien's place, and was off.
