"Don't be bemused, it's just the news,"
Nadia Chamack looked worriedly down at her tablet.
"The heroes just informed us that there's a chance that an old Akumatized villain was never defeated," Nadia said, her hand shaking on her tablet. "The villain's name is Victorious... and one of her most defining characteristics is her glowing blue eyes..."
—
"Hey, are you busy later?" Victoria asked Alya.
"Uh... yeah," Alya said.
"Oh..." Victoria looked down glumly. "Alright..."
Lila walked by, but the second she spotted Victoria, she paled, and went the other direction.
"What's up with her?" Alya asked.
Victoria shrugged innocently.
"Who knows?" Victoria said. She turned to leave, but misjudged the distance, and bumped Alya, causing Alya to drop her bag. "Oh crap, sorry," Victoria picked up Alya's bag and handed it to her. "My mistake. Here,"
Alya smiled.
"No worries. Thanks," Alya said. The two parted ways.

Nino walked into Alya's room, only to find her rummaging through her bag.
"C'mon... where are they?" Alya muttered.
"Where are what?" Nino asked.
Alya paled, and looked over at him.
"L-l..." Alya swallowed hard, unable to form words. She groaned, and dumped her bag out. "I swear I put them in there!" Alya cried. She slipped to the ground in tears.
"Babe, what's wrong?" Nino asked.
"I lost them..." Alya muttered.
"Lost what?" Nino asked.
Alya buried her face into Nino's shoulder.
"Ladybug's miraculous, it's gone!"
—
"We're running out of time..." Carapace said.
"Victorious could attack again at any moment," Rena Rouge added. "One month is nearly up..."
"There's nothing we can do..." Chat Noir said. "We can't just hand over our miraculous,"
"But Victorious is going to kill Lila!" Carapace said.
Chat Noir sighed.
"Then we'll just save Lila again, no problem, alright?" Chat Noir looked up at them expectantly.
"This whole situation just makes me nervous," Rena Rouge said, grabbing her shaking arms, "I mean, we don't know what she's planning, or the full extent of her powers. What if she tries something to kill Lila that we can't save her from? I mean, she wasn't trying to kill Lila when she dangled her off the Eiffel Tower,"
Chat Noir averted his eyes.
"We can send Viperion to figure out her plan once we find her," Chat Noir said. "Then he can report back to us,"
Rena sighed.
"Okay..."
—
"They think they're so clever, don't they?"
Author's note: Wow. I haven't updated in ages!
Sorry, got hyper focused on other stuff (and still am) but managed to gain a little motivation for this story because I already have it written in script form. The hardest part is translating it over. This chapter is a combination of two chapters from the original script version, but one of them was a full meme thing (gacha trend), so I took the super important parts (I cut the identity reveal thingy), and added it into the next chapter. So... yeah.
