Chapter 30

In short , Taehyung convinced her somehow by bribing her with something else. And now she wants a new tab. This was off limits for me. She was being unnecessarily difficult now and Taehyung was giving it to her like always.

"Taehyung! You are not going to get her a tab. I am not allowing this."- I glare at him angrily.

He just scoops me up to our bedroom and makes love to me the whole night to take my mind off this. And being weak for him I let him.

In the morning when I woke up it was late. I took a shower and did my work till the evening. Taehyung messaged me saying he picked Les from school. When I came back home after visiting the school I saw Les and Taehyung on the bed with an expensive tab in her hands.

"Babygirl."- Taehyung smiles at me with an apologizing look.

"Can we talk ?"

Taehyung gets up from the bed and we both walk to the balcony as Les played with her tab without a care. Taehyung was about to kiss me but I stopped him and he was taken aback.

"Why did you buy her a tab ? She is ten years old , Taehyung. She doesn't need an expensive tab all for herself. She already has a play station and tab with her."- I stare at him with a disappointed face.

He holds my hands -"Babygirl , she wanted it so bad."

"So ? We can't just buy her anything she wants. She is a child , Taehyung. We need to say no to certain things no matter what. We can't spoil her all the time and turn her into a brat. She is getting everything on a silver platter and it's not fair that she misuses it all the time."- I explain it to him.

Taehyung frowns -"She is our only child. I am going to spoil her , okay ? If she wants something as her dad I want to get it. When I have the resources why won't I give it to her ?"

"Are you accusing me of not giving her comfort and resources ? Trust me , Taehyung. I am right on this."- I take my hands back from his grip.

Taehyung sighs heavily -"I don't get why you are making this a big issue when it's not even necessary. She is a child and it's her time to get spoiled."

"Taehyung , when we were small our parents did everything to make our lives easier and I am returning Les the favor. I am not making this a big issue."

"Don't argue about this with me."- He huffs.

"Are you still thinking I am wrong in all this ? She is being stubborn for nothing."- I stare at him in disbelief.

"No , you are. You are being stubborn for nothing. You are creating a huge scene about this , Y/n."- He utters.

I felt a pang in my heart. He has never called me by my name. It has always been 'babygirl' or 'his devil angel'. He saw the hurt in my eyes and proceeded to say something but I didn't let him.

"You are being unreasonable , Taehyung. You can't just grant all her wishes."- I utter in a weary voice.

Hearing footsteps we turn to see Les standing by the balcony door and looking at us with teary eyes. She runs to Taehyung and hugs his legs with a cry. We panicked at that as Taehyung quickly picks her up in his arms.

"My baby devil angel , why are you crying ?"

Les pouts -"Mom is a big meanie ! You never give me anything. You always take dad away from me. You steal dad from me. I hate you ! I don't like , mom. I hate her !"

A gasp leaves my lips , heart shattered into pieces. She hates me ? I take her dad away from her ? But why am I even surprised. It has always been Taehyung and Celeste. She just can't help herself from loving her dad more than me. I never felt bad about it. But today my heart broke badly.
