She groaned in annoyance and threw down the contents of her case file onto the table. She had recently hit a dead end and couldn't seem to find any connections to her suspect and her victim. She sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose.
"I can't find a connection between these two!" She says exasperated and looks up to find Spencer staring at her with an unreadable expression. When he noticed she caught him staring he didn't look away instead biting his lip.
Trying not to look at his lips she turns her head back to the pictures of the two victims with a faint blush on her cheeks. She began to bite her nails ignoring the feeling of eyes on her.
"You seem tense," Spencer says.
"I'm not." She dismisses. "I'm fine."
She can tell he doesn't believe a word she says but he doesn't question her. Instead just watching her. She avoids looking at him entirely hoping he'll stop so her face could go back to her regular shade instead of red. But to no avail. When she finally has enough she looks at him.
