Chapter 6

I woke up to my phone ringing, I slowly unwrapped Rudy's arms from around me I grab my phone and answered it. "Hello" I said in a sleepy voice as Rudy woke up and layed his head on my shoulder. "Ashley, tell your boyfriend that you and him have a target on both your heads" Nick said and hung up the phone.

I looked at Rudy, he could tell something was wrong. "Baby was wrong" Rudy asked in a gently voice. "Nick. Nick called he said that me and you have a targets on our heads" I said in a shakey voice. Rudy pulled me into his chest and ran his fingers through my hair. "That's it we are going to the police. He has crossed the line to many times" Rudy snapped. "Rudy. I'm scared" I said looking up at him. "I will protect you. Your the only one for me. I love you Ashley Woods" Rudy said. "I love you more" I said snuggling more into him, he kissed my cheek. We stayed like that for a few more minutes before we got dressed. As we walked into the living room everyone had a worried look on their face. "Are you guys ok" they all asked. "No we are going to the police department. Nick has crossed the line to many times" Rudy said his voice full of anger.

We enter the police department and walked to the front desk. "How can I help you two" a sweet lady asked. "My crazy ex boyfriend is threatening us" I said before Rudy could answer. "Hold on one second I will get the sheriff for you" the lady said walking to the back of the desk. After a few seconds the sheriff came out and took us to her office and we explained everything to her she told us not to worry she will catch him.

We lefted the police department and Rudy had an idea. "Let's get ice cream" Rudy said smiling at me. "Yes that sounds like fun" I said smiling back. We when to a small ice cream shop. We got a bowl of cookies and cream ice cream to share. I put a little on my finger and tapped Rudy's nose. "Did you just put ice cream on my nose, Ash" Rudy asked me. "No" I said with a innocent smile. "You are the worst lier ever" Rudy said wiping the ice cream off his nose. Then he started to tickle me. "All right. Stop" I said in between laughs. Rudy stopped tickling me. "Come on let's go home. I want to cuddle" Rudy said grabbing my hand.

TWO MONTHS LATER
"Baby get up. Today is the day that we film the last scene of season 1" Rudy said rubbing my back. "Come back to cuddle and go back to sleep" I said in a sleepy voice. "No get up" Rudy said pulling the covers off me. "Fine" I said getting up. We got dressed and we went to set.

"Hey have they caught Nick yet" Chase asked me and Rudy as we were waiting for our lasted scene. "No" I said. "I hope they get him soon" Madelyn said. "Me too" me and Rudy said in sync causing us to laugh. After our last scene to celebrate we went to a fancy restaurant. "I wish I didn't have to be split from you guys" I said. "I do to" they all said in sync causing us to burst into a fit of laughter. "Hey Ash" Rudy said. "Yes my sweet boy" I said looking at him. "I wanted to ask you if when we go back to LA, will you move in with me. I can't imagine being apart from you" Rudy said. "Yes I would love to live with you" I said covering his face in kisses. "Great I can't wait" Rudy said kissing my lips gently. "So cute" Madison said.

As the group walked into the parking lot a car pulled in front of us. We all stopped walking. The car door opened and Nick stepped out of the car. "Look at you Ashley having a good time with out me" Nick said. "Get in that car and leave or so help me God I will kill you" Rudy snapped. "Not so fast Rudy" Nick said pulling out a gun and pointed it at me. "You move she dies" Nick said. "You hurt her and you will be dead" Rudy snapped. "Ashley you have so many friends which one should I shoot first" Nick asked. Little did he know the cops were on their way. "Nick please just don't hurt my friends" I said tearing up. "Why not you hurt me when you lefted" Nick yelled. "I lefted because you beat me half to death" I yelled. "No you lefted because of him" Nick said pointing the gun at Rudy. "No I didn't I lefted because of you and how you treated me" I said as I started to cry. "Fine. If I can't have you neither can he" Nick said pointing the gun at Rudy. I pushed Rudy causing him to fall, Nick shot me instead of Rudy. The bullet grazed my rid cage on the left side of my body. I fell to my knees as the cop cars chased after Nick's car.
