Marriage? : Of coarse Avad would want to get married, the only reason he didn't marry Erza was because of how uneasy the Oseram and Carja relationship is. It's also kind of his job as King to marry, so he can produce an heir.
Kids? : Even though he doesn't wanna rule he would still want to have kids. I can see him waiting until his brother reaches the proper age to rule and he has abdicated though as him having a kid before that would put his brother further down the line of succession.
How they are at the dentist:Would be completely normal, calm and collected. Goes on a regular basis for scheduled cleanings.
Pets they would have: Look Avad is royalty, so he's gonna have an exotic or very dangerous pet that requires a lot of work to bond with. He would have something like a hawk or a lion.
