"Radiant?"
Locust's voice was nearly entirely drowned out by the dragons clamoring and yelling all around her. Blood dripped from the massive wound, which only now began to send waves of pain through her body.
Dragons all around her were yelling and crying out.
"The SilkWing threw Prince Winter!"
"Somebody put out the fire, it's spreading!"
"Adonis, wait–"
"Are you okay?"
Radiant turned around to see Adonis there, her blue eyes filled with concern and worry.
A flurry of mixed emotions and imaginary responses hit Radiant, all to that one simple question.
Of course I'm not okay! Look at me!
Why do you care? You never cared about me at all!
I don't want to be here...
Radiant just stood there, quivering. She kept looking down at her talons, trying to block out all of the sound around her.
"Let's get out of here..." Adonis whispered as she walked over to help Locust up. The green HiveWing just stood there, his expression still stunned.
He hated her.
That's the only reason he'd be that surprised. He now finally realized how awful she is. She's just destructive and horrible.
"Come on..." Adonis said, her eyes constantly looking over to where Radiant threw Winter.
The red SilkWing looked towards the two dragons in front of her. Could she even call them friends? They probably don't. They've got better friends anyways.
No... they don't think that...
"Let's get back to the tent, okay?"
"Okay..." Locust mumbled. The two dragons walked ahead, leaving the party.
Radiant first hesitated to even go along them. She's the cause of all of this, the misery and chaos around her. She couldn't even keep calm and be slightly 'normal' for a couple of minutes and ruined everything.
But, that's to be expected of her. She'd never done anything good in her life.
But, Adonis looked back and beckoned her forward, moving her tail towards where the tents were. "Come on, Radiant. It's alright."
She's treating you like an animal now? It's to be expected though, you're basically just some beast that they have to deal with. How pathetic can you be?
Radiant walked forward, joining the group.
"Thanks..." Locust began. "Thanks for sticking up to me."
Radiant looked at the HiveWing, one of the first dragons to ever show her kindness.
He should have never even let you in his house. All you did was take advantage of him and belittle him. You're horrible.
Radiant just looked down at the ground. Her stomach felt... hollow. Nothing was inside of her, to the point where it was like it was just a crater. Pain rippled through her body with each step on the ground, but she didn't lift up her talons to dull the pain.
You threw the IceWing, you deserve the pain. You deserve to suffer. All you've done has ruined other dragons lives. Locust, Adonis, even your TEACHER'S lives you ruined.
