He must have had family and friends before this. He must have been loved and cared for before all this. He didn't know. He couldn't.
Ranboo trudged through the forest he was in, carrying the axe that he had found next to him. He had just woken up, not being able to remember anything and not recognising the place he lay in. He had looked around cautiously, found an iron axe, and now here he was. Marching in the forest, lost. He was hungry and thirsty, and he knew he wouldn't live longer if no one found him and saved him. Ranboo sighed and sat down, leaning against a tree. His golden-brown hair was matted with sweat and was also dirty. He couldn't understand it. He couldn't remember anything. 'Who are my family and friends?' he wondered, 'how do I remember nothing?'
"How was your day, little one?" The voices cooed. Ranboo shivered even though it was a hot day. Those voices were chilly and haunting. Long story short, he hated them. He wanted to push them back, get them out of his mind, but he wasn't able to. He stood up and brushed off the dust on his black leggings, ready to get out of this forest before he died of starvation or thirst. It didn't matter which. He would still die if he didn't get out of here. As the sun started to set, he spotted lights in the distance. He staggered towards it and realized that it was a camp of some sort. Could he be finally saved from his doomsday? He passed through what seemed like a boundary, stumbled into the camp and passed out.
He woke up a while later and found himself lying on a bed. "He is definitely a demigod of some sort, Annabeth. A very powerful one indeed," a voice said. Ranboo didn't understand what the male voice meant so he allowed himself to pass out again.
