// Bendu's POV //

"Wanna go on a date?" Jambi offered to me. I blushed and giggled. "Yeah why not!"

"I'll pick you up at around 2 PM." He hung up the phone before I could say anything else. I quickly went to my room so I could dress up. There was no time to shower, I'll just put on something nice. I wore my yellow hat of course, along with a black shirt and blue jeans. I quickly brushed my big white teeth and put on my contact lenses. The front doorbell rang and I rushed over, huffing and puffing. When I caught my breath, I opened the door revealing a wide-smiled Jambi.

"Heyyyy Benduuuu"

"Hi Jambi! Are we going now?" I asked nervously. "Yes, now get in the car before I eat your ass out." I punched his shoulder playfully and scoffed at his comment. He opened the car door for me. "M' lady~" I giggled and got in. I was looking outside when I felt Jambi's hand on top of mine. He smiled while glancing at me. I squeezed his hand and kissed it. He laughed and continued to hold my hand.

When we arrived, he opened the door again so I could get out. I usually feel quiet embarrassed when I am in public with him. I like being treated like this but, I'm just too insecure of what other people think. Whatever, he was the one who invited me on this date. I have to conquer my fears.

"Is this a cafe?" I asked him. "Yeah, did you not wanna go here? I know how anxious you can get around crowds."

"No! This is fine, we can go in."

"Okay babe."

He opened the door once more and we walked to the cashier at the counter. "Hello welcome to Starbucks! How can I take your order?" We told them what we wanted and they asked for our names. "Alright, I'll call your names when it's ready!"

"Thank you so much!" I slightly mumbled, still nervous from the people around. Jambi wrapped his 'arm' around me and I felt a little better. We took our seats and I stroke up a conversation. "You know, it's very lovely when I get to be with you. Especially this date." I swear I saw him blush a little bit. "Haha, I care about you so, it would be p—pretty obvious that I'm doing this." My heart fluttered when he said that. "Oh Jambi, I love you."

Before he could say it back, the cashier called us. "Order for Jambi and Bendu!" (I work in customer service but I'm not 100% accurate with how they talk lol) Jambi got up to get our drinks. "I appreciate it!" I thanked Jambi. He nodded and handed me my drink. We kept talking for a while, he didn't drink much from the amount he was talking. It felt nice to be this comfortable around him without being anxious.

"Woah, we've been here for a while. Wanna go home now?" He held my hand and I nodded. "I really enjoyed spending time with you Jambi!" He grinned and we went outside. "Thank you for coming, have a good one!" We thanked the cashier and headed out. Before we got in the car, he held my face and smothered it with kisses. "Jambi that tickles!" I laughed really hard until I was out of breath. He stopped so I could breathe more easily. "I just wanted to show my affection towards you, am I not allowed to do that?" He frowned and cried fake tears. "Oh shut up, I know that you care about me." I said sarcastically and rolled my eyes.

Once we arrived home, I flopped onto the couch, exhausted. "It's pretty hard for me to stay out like that for so long. Ha, it might seem stupid to be honest." My whole energy felt off and Jambi came to me. He sat down next to me, placing my head on his lap. "I understand sweetie, just let me know next time if it's too much for you. And it's not stupid, only I am." He stuck his tongue out and I snickered.

"Yeah you're my big idiot."
