You read Goggles' letter over and over again. His handwriting was horrible, and it was almost impossible to read. But the gesture was sweet enough, despite his horrible penmanship. You read it once more, just to be sure this wasn't a dream.

Dear Y/n

I don't know how to start this, like, at all. I'm always happy, but when I'm around you my heart starts to flutter. My belly feels all weird, but the doctor says I'm fine. I'm so confused. I asked Rider and he said I was crazy. But then I asked Bobblehat, she said I was in love. I don't know who to believe so I think I'm just gonna meet you in the middle and say you're a really great friend!

As I'm writing this though, I'm starting to doubt what Rider said. I'm starting to believe Bobblehat more. But I dunno, since you really seem to dislike me. Love is supposed to be when two people care about each other very much right??? Well, I love you a lot! I don't know if you feel the same. But I hope you do! Then I could be your boyfriend! That would be awesome!

So uh, meet me at the top of the Deca tower? Around 8? It's really pretty there at night!

Goggles

You felt a little sad that Goggles thought you hated him. You smiled at the fact that we wrote a letter, and didn't bug Specs to write it for him. It was kind of cute. You checked your watch, it was 7:45 You were just chilling near Crusty Sean's, so you could make your way to the top of the Deca tower just in time.

As you walked, you realized that Goggles was either painstakingly waiting, or giddy with joy. The latter of the two being the most likely, however. You watched as the sky slowly darkened. Your breath began to quicken as you ascended the stairs.

You heard pacing above your head. "I was probably too straightforward...I never should've slipped her the letter!" You heard Goggles mumble. He was never an overthinker. You almost felt honored. You inhaled once more and opened the hatch that lead to the top of the Deca tower.

Goggles' head turned as his body whipped towards you. "Y/n! You came!" He ran over to you and pulled you into a hug. "So...does this mean you like me back?" Goggles pulled away from the hug, but you held him close.

"Yes, Goggles it does" You practically felt him smile. "So you don't hate me?" Goggles asked. Your voice cracked horribly as you said this, but you didn't care "No Goggles, I never hated you" Goggles pulled away to admire your face.

"I-I've never felt this happy before. I love you so much!" Goggles hugged you once more. "Me to Goggles, me too" You returned his hug as you looked out towards the city. Goggles grabbed your hand and dragged you near the edge of the Deca tower.

"It's beautiful" You breathed. " Definitely not nearly as beautiful as you" You laughed at Goggles before you spoke again. "Great Zapfish you're so corny..." You giggled. "I know!" Goggles rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.

"I'm glad I'm here, with you" You smiled as you looked at Goggles contently.

"Me too"
