Savanaclaw 2-16: Lets Play Some Magift

     "Hey, wake up!" Grim called out.

       "Huh?" Leona groaned as he heard the flaming cat, sitting up as he rested forehead into his palm.

     "Finally, he's awake!" Grim said, sort of happy to see the lion man awake. 

      "We didn't know what to do if you stayed unconscious, yanno?" The cat continued nonchalantly, shrugging his shoulders in the process before glaring at Leona.

        "Alright, confess to all your crimes now." Grim demanded.

     "Huh...? What'd you say?" Leona asked, still woozy from waking up. He looked around and noticed that the whole arena was a mess, sand nearly covering the whole venue while the stands and arena had fractures in them ranging in size and intensity.  "What happened?" Leona asked, looking at the damage he caused.

     "Kingscholar." Dire called out, getting the lion man's attention. "You went into Overblot after all those negative feelings consumed you, and you were also possessed by Lucifer." Dire said in a grave tone.

     "I went berserk... Overblot? You've gotta be kidding me..." Leona said in disbelief before he trailed off, looking at Amara, who has yet to awaken.

    "Do you not remember?" Serenity asked, worried that something may have happen to the lion.

       "Forget that! The Magical Shift Tournament is about to start!" Grim said, flapping his arms around like a bird.

         "If you don't confess now, Ama and I won't be able to participate in the match!" Grim said, pointing at the lion. Amara groaned a bit before sitting up, clutching her head in her palm.

"Mara!" Serena called out while Ana knelt down to the monochrome haired girl.

"Ama, how many fingers am I holding?" Ana called out, raising three fingers in front of the waking girl.

Amara P.O.V.

        "Um... three?" I said, still woozy from being chocked by Lucifer.

     "Amara!" Grim said, suddenly crashing into my stomach. I grunted at the extra weight added on my stomach, I was about to snap at him but I saw the tears welling up in his blue eyes.

      "I though I was gonna lose you. I was so scared." Grim said as he buried his face in my chest. I smiled at him and petted his ear.

    "Come on Grim, it will take a little more than that to put me down." I said with a smile, making Grim smile back and muzzle into me even more. His purring getting even louder.

     "So you were chasing us around so you could play in the Magift tournament? What the heck?" Leona asked, a shocked look on his face.

"These guys were chasing after you because the Headmaster promised them that they could compete in the tournament." Jack said bluntly while staring at Grim and I.

"Eh? Just for that?" Ruggie asked. Making me chuckle nervously and scratch the back of my head nervously.

"Yeah, guilty as charged." I said, not looking at the Savanna trio.

        "It's not that simple! I mean, you guys injured people because of the tournament, too!" Grim said, defending himself while making the others flinch.

"Th-that's... That's true, but..." Ruggie admired, hesitantly.

"So, it is safe to assume that you boys are behind the consecutive accidents?" Aunt Serenity asked the whole team, who had their heads down in shame.
