The sound of metal hitting the concrete ground echoes in your ears as you look into Atsumu's eyes. His breathing was heavy, processing what you said.
You knew as you caught a glimpse of the look he had as he pressed Eita against the wall, that he had the full intent of hurting him. He was like a rabid animal. His mouth turned upwards, canines peeking, foaming at the mouth.
Even still, you stand in front of his state of rage, unafraid. Calmness flows through you, holding onto his cheek, trying to calm him down.
It's okay. Let's go inside.
"Eita, what the fuck!" The first words you spoke as the three of you entered your apartment.
"Wait, he pulled a knife at me, and I'm getting yelled at? Unbelievable!" Eita huffs.
"You can't just show up here without notice. I already told you that! And Tsumu, you can't be pulling a weapon out like that at people." You give both of them a stern talking too.
"Why not!" The two of them say in unison, pouting because they got in trouble.
"But seriously, Y/N, Are you okay?" Eita's brotherly concern whispers. Walking closer to you, to closely examine your face.
"Did he do this to you?" He asks again, needing confirmation. "I don't care if he's a prissy Corpo with a knife. I'll still kick his ass if he hurt you."
"Ha, I like you, kid," Atsumu responds, appreciating Eita's overprotectiveness.
"I'm sorry about him," is all you can say. You made Eita hide out in your bedroom to give you some alone time with Atsumu.
"Nah, I should apologize to you." He wraps his arms around your body. "You never told me you had a brother." He sounded almost upset for not knowing this information about you.
It's not like you purposefully kept that information from him. You would have told him if he asked you.
But, also, keeping Eita's identity a secret from the Inarizaki would have been ideal.
"Come with me," Atsumu speaks as the two of you enjoy the living room silence. Your body rests on his chest as he runs his fingers through your hair.
"Where?" You look up to him with curiosity.
"Shareholder meeting. It's a real fuckin bore. But if you come, it'll be a lot more exciting."
Knowing Atsumu, he wouldn't have invited you if it was anything more than a legitimate business meeting. And while hiding out in a luxury hotel room while he does his CEO duties does sound like a dream, you must decline.
You are so close to giving Eita the freedom he deserves.
A Baecation isn't in the cards for you.
And besides, if Suguru found out you left the country? Let alone the city. He probably would arrest you the minute you enter the air space.
"I wish I could, but I have work, plus Eita—" Your speech is interrupted by his lips colliding with yours. "It's alright, I understand."
Out of the many things you two have in common, protecting your brothers ranks high on the list. He knew you couldn't leave Eita alone. "Sorry for almost stabbing your brother." He apologizes again.
"Speaking of, where the hell did you have that concealed." You begin to pat his body, searching for more weapons. But your actions are halted as he gently lifts your chin to meet his lips.
"Gross," Eita whispers, walking out of the bedroom.
Looking up to Atsumu, you roll your eyes, "on second thought, why don't you pull the knife out again."
