day of the funeral

It still doesn't seem real. Andrew... He.. He can't be dead. This has to be a dream. I just can't wake up. I need to wake up.

"Mom, you have to eat something. Please atleast today." David says

"Fine. I'll eat. Just stop acting like I'm the kid. You're the kid." I said

"You're the one acting like the kid so I have to act like the adult." David says

"I'm going through a rough time. If I don't wanna eat and I want to get drunk than it's ok to do so. The father of my twins just died. I loved him. And yet the last thing I said about his was that I didn't have feelings for him." I said

"But you don't have feelings for him, right?" He asked

"No, I just wanted to have a good memory of the last thing I said to or about him." I explained. Then David hugged me.

"Come on mom. We need to get ready for his funeral. " David says. Then I went upstairs an took a shower, changed my clothes and got ready for the funeral.

at the funeral

I walk to the church as slowly as possible.

"Mom why are walking so slow, we're like 2 feet away from it." David says

"I'm just waiting for me to wake up." I said. Then I opened my eyes and I was in the hospital.

"Mom! Oh thank god you're awake!" David says then he hugs me. "We were beginning to loose faith." He says as he hugs me. I don't understand. How did I get in the hospital. I was just walking to the church for the funeral. Then Andrew walked in.

"Andrew?! You're de- You're suppose to be dead!" I shouted

"Well if you're that angry with me than I'll leave." Andrew says

"No No No! Please stay! Hug me!" I said then he hugged me. I can't believe I can touch Andrew, This has to be some weird dream.

"Jasmine, the doctors wanna know what you wanna name the babies." James says

"I already named them. Jason and Mia." I said

"Oh. I like it. I'll go tell the doctor, but first, it's great to see you awake!" James says. Then he hugs me.

"I love you." I told him. Then he hugged me tighter. "Hey don't squeeze too hard my body feels achey. " I said

"I love you too." He says. Then I smile.

"Well, well, well. Look who's up. I need to run a few test on you while you're awake. We were so close to pulling the plug." The doctor says

"Wait, how long was I in a coma for?" I asked

"For about six weeks. But we've had longer." The doctor says as she takes my blood pressure.

"Six weeks! Oh my god!" I said

"Yea, but, we're happy to see you're with us." The doctor says. Then she sticks a needle in me.

"Ouch! No warning?" I said

"Sorry, just thought I'd get it over with. I'm gonna have to give you an IV." The doctor says. Then she gives me the IV. Suddenly I saw Antonio in the hallway and I started too panic. The machine was showing how fast my heart rate was.

"You ok? I'm done with the IV." The doctor says. Suddenly he was gone.

"Yea. I'm fine." I said. Then I tried to relax. Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me. "When will I be released?" I asked the doctor
