"I KNEW IT, IT'S FINALLY HAPPENED." As she faced against the two dojutsu-wielding genin, the grass ninja grinned oddly to herself. "His Uchiha blood has come to a boil, and it seems that's the case for the L/N as well..."
She licked her lips and got into a stance, "I think I'll play with them a little and see the full extent of their powers."
'Let's see what the clan leftovers have to offer...'
Without taking his gaze away from the target, Sasuke ripped out a kunai and inserted it in his mouth, his ebony eyes clouded with an unidentifiable emotion. Y/N's eyes twitched in slight pain from the constant overuse of her Akumagan but she continued to glare at the grass ninja, only looking away for a brief second to share a glance with Sasuke who nodded at her.
She nodded back and lunged forwards, her dark-haired teammate following right behind her.
The grass ninja grinned darkly and made a quick handsign, sending a large gust of wind their way. Sasuke jumped up and chucked his kunai at the woman, to which she dodged easily. The young Uchiha let out a frustrated yell and charged at her.
The two exchanged a number of blows before Sasuke was eventually shoved away by another wind jutsu. Y/N, seeing that the woman was finally distracted, decided it was time to make her move.
With the stealth of a panther, she appeared behind the grass ninja and slammed her into a tree, the force of the strike shattering the sturdy branch they were on The woman let out a pained howl.
Y/N jumped on the branch above her and drove her leg into the woman's head, this time cracking the branch entirely. Adrenaline coursed through her veins, so much so that she didn't, or rather couldn't, feel the distant sensation of her leg muscle tearing.
Then Sasuke emerged, grabbing the woman by the waist and flipping her upside down, making sure that her head would be the first thing to reach the ground. When they did, the woman twitched for a few moments before her arms fell limp at her sides.
Sasuke stared at her for a few moments before jumping a good distance away, Y/N following in suit. The two stared at the woman, waiting for any sort of movement.
