First steps

It had been some months and venti was worried. According to the sisters at the church when you went to get a check up, you were supposed to start walking a couple of weeks ago.
He had tried everything to get you to walk but you wouldn't do it.

He was watching you play with your toys in your play pin. Once in a while you would look at him and show him a toy then giggle.
As long as you were happy he was fine but he was still concerned about you catching up to the average infant.

He got up to go get something.

You saw an apple on the coffee table. You wanted it. The color was satisfying and caught your eye.
You tried to throw your toy and get it but it didn't work.

So, there was one other option.
Your father was about to walk into the living room but ended up peeping around the corner.

He watched you stood up using the play pin as a support and waddle over to the other side.
He was ecstatic!

He ran over to you, picked you up, and spun you around.
"You did it my little dove! I'm so proud!" He said kissing your face.

You made grabby hands at the apple and he gave it to you.

You just nibbled on it.

-Diluc-

Your father was down in his study, door slightly cracked.
One of the maids went into the kitchen to get you some food. You got bored and you wanted your father.

You couldn't exactly crawl there because what happens when you approach the stairs? You can't crawl down them. You'll get hurt.
So, you went over to a chair and balanced yourself. You then proceeded to waddle your way over to your fathers study door and nudge it open.

Diluc was getting ready to walk up the stairs until he saw you trying to walk down them. He immediately ran up to you in a panic.
"(Y/N) , you could've fell. That was very dangerous young lady."
He scolded you. You just giggled. Diluc walked back to see the maid panicking, but then stopped when she saw you with Diluc.

He Baby proofed the manor after that.

-Xiao-

He was trying to get you to walk. Keyword, trying.
His method was to hold a toy far away from you and let you walk over. If you were to crawl over he would put you back farther away. Simple, right? Nope. Not with your Demi-god ass.
You either 1,
Teleported over to the toy.
Or 2,
Crawled.
Mostly teleport. Which made it more difficult. Xiao would place you back each time and say "no (Y/N)." Then walk back over to where he originally was. Repeat till xiao had enough of the small room and teleported with you to an open field filled with yellow flowers.

Even then, you kept teleporting and crawling to the toy. At that point xiao gave up and gave you the toy in defeat.
He sat down in the field of yellow flowers taking a break as you were behind him ( he's facing away from you )

You noticed your dad upset, so you got up and balanced, then walked over and hugged his back.
Xiao was confused but then looked behind him to see your little form clinging onto him.

He smiled and picked you up, holding you in his embrace.

You two admired the field together after that.

-Zhongli-

He got you a baby walker a couple days after you learned to crawl and let you go at it for a few months until you got the hang of balancing. Then you started walking.

He was proud.
Took you out to town and spoiled you after that.
